I didn’t plan on buying anything when I walked into Soft As A Grape in Mashpee… but about 3 minutes later, I was holding an armful of Cape Cod sweatshirts, tank tops, and one of the softest hoodies I’ve ever touched. Seriously, who’s making this fabric? Angels? Cotton candy? Because it lives up to the name. 😍
The store is packed with comfy, casual pieces perfect for beach days, bonfires, or just flexing your Cape Cod pride back home. The designs are chill, the quality’s great, and the prices are better than I expected. They even had clearance racks calling my name (and yes, I answered loud and clear).
What really sealed the deal was the vibe super friendly staff, good music, and that cozy coastal feel that makes you want to hang out and try everything on. I left with more than I intended and zero regrets. Will definitely be back next summer for another haul!

All kinds of really cute tee shirts, sweatshirts, sweaters and other apparel, for men and women. Good sales and good prices on things not on sale too! The Sales Associates were very helpful and very nice. Great shopping experience and didn't spend too much bc things were priced right, not overpriced! I'll be back!

A heartfelt thank you to your lovely Chatham store employees who were so gracious today during the tornado warning. We were in the store when the notice went off on everyone’s phones. They welcomed everyone to stay, corralled us all to the safest spot, and were engaging and calm under pressure. We appreciated their kindness and wanted to thank them.

To start, if I could give this store zero stars, I would. My friend, who is a teen mother, was looking for a sweater for her son. Instead of asking if she needed help or leaving us alone, the sales associate rudely said, “if you’re not going to buy it, then just give it to me instead of shoving into the shelf”. This was shocking considering that my friend was LOOKING at the sweater. The exchange was absolutely deplorable and was unwarranted and unfair. I will never go back to this establishment and based off of the other reviews, you shouldn’t either.

The store is nice and prices are fair. But sales staff is very rude, unless you look like your wealthy or dont have children with you. We were completely ignored by the woman behind the counter. When other customers came in they were greeted kindly and asked if they needed help. I will never return to this snobby store!

We were driving inland from Falmouth and saw Mashpee Commons in our guide book. We looked them up on Yelp and decided to make a side trip here on our way to Hyannis We mistakenly assumed that Mashpee Commons was a tiny strip mall. It's actually a west coast like, open air shopping mall, meant to look and feel like a Norman Rockwell painting. Here all of the stores are built out separately. Clearly they went to a lot of trouble to re-create that new england village feel. Except here that new england village is dedicated to shops and stores. This is no Stockbridge Village, but you need to come here for the Clothing stores, household Christmas item and tons more; plus some very cute novelty shoppes as well. We also enjoyed Bleu Restaurant would recommend it, if you can get in.
