Amazing store! Every time I visit Southern Tide, I’m so impressed. The Manager, Ashley, is absolutely LOVELY — always warm, helpful, and welcoming! Her staff is just as friendly, making the whole shopping experience feel effortless and fun. The store always looks beautiful, with a fresh, clean layout and amazing merchandise. Definitely a must-visit spot!

Very glad to see a Southern Tide storefront in MA, especially with such lovely staff. Wendy in particular is an outstanding ambassador of the brand and does such a wonderful job acquainting shoppers with everything in store. You can tell how thoughtful she is about making sure shoppers have a great experience and leave wanting to stop by again soon! She helped put together several outfits during the busy Christmas shopping season and was incredibly helpful. Also this location has dedicated Cape Cod golf apparel that I believe is unique to this location and not available on ST's website.

Finding a local shop that offers comfortable, unique, AND high quality men’s clothes has been a challenge, here on the Upper Cape! That is until I walked into Southern Tides in Mashpee. I wasn’t shopping for myself so I can only speak about the men’s clothing. They have such a vast array of fabulous selections. And the Associate, Wendy, was so helpful in finding the correct sizes and directed me to the most luxurious-feeling fabrics!
My husband loved the shirts I bought him! Thank you, Wendy. And thank you Southern Tides!

This is my first review of Southern Tide Mashpee. Normally I do not post review, but this is an exception. I would like to compliment the staff on hand today at the Mashpee Commons store. They were very professional and remained calm while having to deal with a customer who was clearly rude and disrespectful to the sales staff. Store policies are not created by sales associates. Having worked in the retail business for over 25 years as a sales associate, I know first hand that trying to follow store policy is not always easy and when you have a customer who does not like or agree with the policy set in place, the sales associates take the heat. 5 Stars to the staff at Mashpee!!

I’ve always had a positive experience here, the store is nice and clean and has just what you’re looking for. I’d bought some cologne from this store recently and they smell so amazing that I kept getting compliments while I was on vacation. Definitely one of the best stores in the mashpee commons and I’d recommend anyone to go check it out.

Had a wonderful experience at Southern Tide while vacationing on the Cape! Exceptional service and quality clothing- I enjoyed chatting and getting recommendations from the sales associate and left with a few items I’m so excited to wear. Definitely recommend a stop if you’re in the area!

If I could give 0 stars for the service I received today I would. I went in to exchange an item thinking it’d be simple (even had my receipt) and they wouldn’t just let me exchange the shirt for a smaller size. The old woman in the back is horrible for business as I have spent thousands of dollars at local stores, because I love supporting local business. I will never be back here due to the old woman being so rude.

The intercoastals are my favorite clothing items. They are great for going out on the ocean. They dry very quickly and they feel amazing on the skin. They'll really cool you down on a hot summer's day. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff.

Went in the Mashpee location this evening to perform what I thought would be a simple exchange of a T-shirt for a different size. I had the original packaging but not the receipt as it was a gift. The associate went and got the exact same shirt in the size I requested but then had to call her boss after explaining that without a receipt I couldn’t just exchange the two exact same shirts. After a phone discussion with her boss I was told they could not make the exchange. Very frustrating as this should be a simple transaction. I always like to support local business and I’m a Mashpee resident but I will not be back.

Lots of great shops set in a beautiful atmosphere!! Summer time is awesome, but it’s wonderful year round! Never been during the holidays, but I cannot wait to see.
