The front office was also a pleasure to deal with and responded very timely with any questions and made sure I had no issues with insurance or my rental. Even finished the truck early and had someone come in Saturday so I could pick it up before the holiday weekend. Will never bring my vehicle anywhere else but here. Was a perfect experience. “If there was an option for 6 stars, they would get it. Absolutely fantastic experience with this company. My cars front bumper was ripped off in an accident and while working with the insurance company we kept coming up with a five to six weeks window for repairs. Upon calling RCC they were able to get the car to their shop within two or three days and even arraigned for flatbed pickup to and from my house to the shop. The level of professionalism and communication was top shelf- they would text or call at every step of the process and took it upon themselves to handle the financials with the insurance company. “Last Saturday my car broke down on MacArthur's Blvd and All Cape Towing was the service provider they called and Richard is great. Being on the side of a highway breakdown lane wasn't a great spot to say the least. Richard was professional and very nice to give me a ride home. Fixed up my first car here and spent years getting services until I moved away.Now ten years later an emergency during my DIY on my mother’s vehicle brought me back; they are still excellent. I showed up at closing on a Saturday. Mitch graciously helped me get a rusty bolt unstuck with just a thank you in return.
