I recently visited the Mashpee UPS store to get a document notarized, and I couldn't be happier with the service! Sara was incredibly professional and efficient. She made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail were much appreciated. I highly recommend this location for any notarization or shipping needs. Rude and unprofessional . My wife has been there twice and upset when shes been there to return amazon. I have been there a few time and its been ok . Seems like a training issue there.

UPDATE: I looked through the many reviews here after I posted mine and it’s pretty evident there are serious customer service problems at this store. Lots of “sorry about that” responses from the owner and UPS but nothing seems to be done. Pretty pathetic and just more support for my review.
If I could give this store ZERO stars I would!! What an incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful bunch of employees. Including the management! The Gen Z staff are incredibly rude and LAZY. Gonna be a wakeup call for that generation in the future for sure. ? No greetings ever! Throwing packages around! Huffing and puffing cuz they might have to actually DO something. Won’t give a receipt at drop off without pulling teeth. NEVER had an experience like that at any other UPS!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. The owner of this franchise needs to get on it and do a much better job!

The store is good but maybe ask the younger employees to portray a better customer service image. Walking around dragging feet and wearing a hood isn't professional. Hopefully a talking to will do good for them in the long run.

I dropped something off for mailing this morning. It was accepted quickly and professionally.2/24/24:Returned to ship another Amazon item back to Amazon. Again, received professional and courteous service. Very much appreciated.Note: If you have two separate packages that you're returning to Amazon, you will need 2 separate QR Amazon codes.

Staff is efficient & I’ve had success with Amazon returns & sending packages. We made an appointment the day before for a notary, and were in & out in 5 minutes. Lots of parking in front & back lots. Next to Stop & Shop in north side Mashpee Commons.
