I dropped something off for mailing this morning. It was accepted quickly and professionally.2/24/24:Returned to ship another Amazon item back to Amazon. Again, received professional and courteous service. Very much appreciated.Note: If you have two separate packages that you're returning to Amazon, you will need 2 separate QR Amazon codes.

The store is good but maybe ask the younger employees to portray a better customer service image. Walking around dragging feet and wearing a hood isn't professional. Hopefully a talking to will do good for them in the long run.

Staff is efficient & I’ve had success with Amazon returns & sending packages. We made an appointment the day before for a notary, and were in & out in 5 minutes. Lots of parking in front & back lots. Next to Stop & Shop in north side Mashpee Commons.

I don't know what's wrong with all the Karens and their bad reviews, but we showed up on the day after Xmas with 4 packages and were in and out in 10 minutes. There were 4 other customers doing the same thing. The two employees working the counter were friendly and efficient.

Horrible customer service today. When I asked to speak to a manager she said she is the manager. She was not nice and very rude .

Zero for customer service. Unfriendly staff that clearly hate their jobs. No one told me that the copier hadn't been used, so she made me pay for copies that I didn't want .

I thought this was a great store until recently. The female representative who waited on me was the most unhelpful, apathetic person I have had in customer service anywhere. The horrible experience I had has made me go out of my way to go to hyannis ups where I have received wonderful customer service.

Bri was extremely rude. I brought in a ottoman that Amazon told me to bring in and Bri refused it. She said she did not have a box big enough. I spoke with Amazon and they said a bag would be fine. She still refused. So very rude and curt. Amazon apologized for this store and gave me other options. Don’t use this store.

I’d rate no stars, but not an option. My wife recently sent some packages to me in Austin, TX. She didn’t review the receipt after paying, but thought the price was high but was rushed. When she got home she saw they had measured a 20” box at approx. 60” long. When she called she was told to come in and the manager would assist. She went the next day and the manager was no help. Less than concerned for a customer complaint is putting it mildly. Just kept repeating there’s nothing she can do. Didn’t take the time or show concern for the issue. A total that should have been about $60 was $160. We won’t use them again and filing a complaint with UPS corporate. May not go anywhere, but this type of service is inexcusable.
