Went to this location in hopes of some assistance with a Passport submission. The entire staff was great and helped well beyond my expectations. They were very knowledgeable on the passport details and requirements and gave some great advise on how to properly navigate the submission and save some money on services I did not need. The customer service was truly exceptional!

The two ladies I have worked with are so lovely and helpful - Elisse and unfortunately I can’t remember the other woman’s name but they are both great! I had come from the North Falmouth USPS and the guy was so mean. I will only go to Mashpee from here on out!!!

“Priority Mail”. What a joke! 1-3 days projected delivery and tracking service. I sent something Priority Mail, with a charge of $10 on June 17. Today is June 27 and it STILL has not arrived at its directed location and I don’t think it ever will. The first debacle is it sat in a Springfield
MA mail center for at least 5 days. Seriously. 5 DAYS!! 😡 Then, the second debacle was that the stellar employees at that location “discovered” it in some pile of mail rubble, then they manually sent it on WITHOUT scanning it so that I could track it further. 🙄 So now I have to pay $35 to stop payment on a check and you can bet I won’t send the next one by US Mail. I’d rather walk it there! My assumption is that the only requirement for working for the post office is breathing. Brain function and capability are not requirements. What a disgrace!

Terrible customer service. After buying a house and signing up for delivery, weeks later I found that they had not put me in their system. Called multiple times and finally got someone who would look into it. Days later they left a message saying they'd put me in but it will take a week (!). Meanwhile, I cannot have mail forwarded, request a vote by mail ballot, etc.

Completely unhelpful. Recently moved and accidentally got a package delivered to my mothers house (which i was fine with) and it was being held up at the post office. So I called them and they told me that it was going to be forwarded to my new address and to just wait a couple days. A couple days go by and I get a notification that they disposed of my package. To then tell me there’s nothing they can do because I sent it to the wrong address (even though i told them i was fine with it being delivered to my mothers.)
$100 down the drain.

The United States postal office in Mashpee Commons is a good post office but there was a time or two where I didn't get the mail I was suppose to get. I don't know if that's there fault or who's but it happened

USPS service has a lot to be desired. There is none. Packages from Prime delivered by them thrown by mailbox. Too large for the box. Pouring rain, ,packages unprotected. Anything and everything just left at mailbox on a well traveled road all over day or night. That is the US post office. Does no good to complain as they have no work ethics.

There are often long lines and the staff work hard. An automated postal kiosk would help with simple tasks like buying stamps and take pressure off the desk.

Everyone that I have met , that works at this Post Office is polite, kind and hard working. They are friendly and eager to help! It is always a pleasure to get my mail, there, everyday! They do seem to me short staffed so that makes their jobs harder for them. I appreciate all of their hard work! Thank you!

This has got to be the laziest post office I've ever encountered. They are so adverse to walking or supporting their customers, that if the package is on the truck to be delivered to the house, they will still reroute it back to the post office (where they grabbed it in the first place) to make you go and pick it up there. They are literally on the way to the house with it. God forbid they get out of their truck and walk a few steps. It's no wonder they are getting crushed by virtually every other mail delivery service and the rumors of a privatized service by a billionaire has started gaining momentum.
