I would have given negative rating to this specific store if that's an option. All I need to do is to drop off a very small package (trade-in iPhone). The lady told me she was not able to take mine as FedEx dictates how many packages they can take daily on the shelf. But clearly mine would have been able to fit in multiple places on that shelf given how small it is. Even a customer next to me said she saw it could totally fit in. Then one of the store manager showed up and said they already taken packages that should should not have accepted, big packages. I looked at my tiny box and couldn't help laughing! So why would they accepted those "exception" while rejecting mine which is much much smaller and could easily fit in the shelf? How stupid decision they are making? For one second, I started to wonder if I were while and spoken perfect American English, would things be different! I convinced myself not to go there as it is a waste of time. I just don't think the store manager is capable at what she does. I later found out there is a FedEx drop off box right across the street and my little box fit right in. She could have offered that option at the very beginning. Speak of customer service and speak of being compassionate! I swear I will never go back to this store, 21 south!
