I went to another mega retailer moments before and had no luck, so I felt a bit defeated. The staff at the Black Dog General Store, and one young lady in particular, went out of her way to look in the back room and go through the showroom racks with me. We found them, and Christmas was saved!

She shares her authentic self with us and her passion and joy come through on her videos. I had the opportunity to visit her store and it’s so cute, I felt like I was meeting a celebrity. She goes above and beyond with her customer service. My inventory of purchases continues to grow, from earrings, pocketbooks, jeans, butter soft tanks, dresses, sweaters, tulle skirt, blazer, bag charms and I can’t forget my Diet Coke sweatshirt.
