“I run a small business and purchase an HP printer in September that never worked properly. HP tech support gave me the run around for weeks trying to avoid honoring the one year warranty. I called the store and they told me the separate protection plan I purchase through Staples would cover everything and I could return the printer and they'd help me pick out a new one. We chose a Brother printer and had a Staples technician come install it. Our technician was Trent and he was fast and friendly. So far the new printer works great and we couldn't be happier!”
“Commenting and rating to hopefully help raise the ratings for this location: the staff at the Dartmouth St Fed Ex center are truly some of the nicest people ever and I have been in there 5-6 times in the past 2 months and they have not only been extremely helpful with my needs but also very patient and kind. They engage in conversation, make the experience so pleasant, and do not make you feel like your time there is just a transaction - quite the opposite.
