My car was left for over two weeks to have two tires replaced and a side mirror. My side mirror was not done properly and ,glass was replaced but was never repainted. I was given a run around the whole time. And when I did get the car back it was covered with dust from the shop inside and out. Poor customer service for a job that wasn't finished....

This morning, I was referred to Kevin, owner of Brown Body & Paint, by our 25 year trusted mechanic, Peter Malerbi/Owner/Pete's Automotive in Acton. My wife and I drove our 1959 Pontiac Catalina and our new 2020 Prius Prime to meet & schedule work with Kevin. Since the initial jobs were small (attach a "Catalina" logo to the '59 Pontiac, and a little touch up paint on the '20 Prius, Kevin said to leave the Prius and come back after lunch. He then said to drop off the Pontiac anytime for a few hours. Absolutely no scheduling hastle, and very friendly initial, fully accommodating exchange. By the way, Kevin didn't even charge me for the small touchup paint job saying he'd catch me next time. First impressions are that Kevin is a 1st class professional who was referred by the top auto mechanic in the area.

Got work done here in October 2018. Just received my bill today, July 2019, 9 months later. I think that's an extremely unprofessional way to run a business. Im a 22 year old student, I shouldn't have to spend almost an entire year wondering if a $3k bill is ever coming. I offered to pay when i picked the car up but he said the bill wasn't ready. He's clearly very unorganized based on the insane pile of papers covering his desk. Called him several times during this time to ask if I was ever going to receive this bill. He never even told me how much the bill was for. He gave me an estimate before I got the work done and said he was going to try to give me a deal/work with the insurance company or something. So, I was hoping at least if the bill was going to take this long that he was going to be able to help me out. But no, the bill is even a couple hundred dollars higher than the estimate he gave me. I don't recommend going here.

This was our first time using Brown Body and Paint and we couldn't be happier. Kevin was great and gave us a very fair price on dealing with some rust spots on my husband's Honda Pilot. They did a great job in a timely fashion and we couldn't be more satisfied. Will definitely use them again!!
