“I live in Maynard, not Somerville. I have been dealing with W. Concord Pharmacy and its family-owned chain of pharmacies since 2008 and consider them a critical element in my healthcare. I also used their compounding at W. Acton pharmacy for my beloved cat when she had cancer. I cannot recommend them enough. Example: On Friday, I went to an annual exam with one doctor, who doubled one of my RXs and sent it in. W. Concord called me to see if I knew my RX had been doubled, or was that an error. I told them that was right. This morning, W. Concord called again. They said they had received a new order for the original dosage. Which was right? They called the doctor to confirm. This is emblematic of the care an attention they give. I've had concerning episodes with every one of the chain pharmacies. We are lucky to have this family group available. They also deliver. This is not the first time I have given them a five-star rating. It may not be my last. But where else these days do you encounter this kind of service and care?”

“I went into holister looking for a pair of jeans this one employee I’m not sure what his name was, but he had braids and was tall with glasses. He helped me order the jeans when we couldn’t find the size, and even showed me this super cute shirt! I also signed up for holister house which got me 10 dollars off!! He was super helpful!”

“I went there to buy a Christmas gift for my niece. I ended buying more than one and expending more than $500 in many items. How? Because of one of the best sales person that I have ever seen, a young lady, unfortunately, I do not remember her name, guilty of that, I'm very bad with names, but this young lady, helped me to purchase two very special skateboardos, with their gear too. She made the experience here beyond expectations. I'll definitely recommend this store, in Natick mall. I believe she was the only female staff member that night, but she was THE BIG BOSS there. I wish the owners or the managers really appreciate the super profesional behavior of this young lady. As you can see, the review is more about her than the skateboards, why? You might ask, and this is because, we all know that a Santa Cruz skateboards are good quality, but to find an amazing person, that is not easy.”
