CVS, a well-known pharmacy chain, has received a mix of reviews from its customers. While some have had a generally good experience, with praise for the friendly and helpful pharmacy staff, others have expressed frustration with the company's corporate policies and the difficulty in reaching someone at the store. The pharmacy employees are often described as great, working diligently with the resources they have. However, the overall experience can be "miserable" due to the fault of the corporate CVS organization. Some customers have recommended visiting the nearby Walgreens instead. Customers have noted that it can be challenging to reach someone at the pharmacy when calling the store, which seems to be a common issue across CVS and Walgreens locations. Despite this, one customer had a very positive experience, praising the pharmacist, Jill, for her exceptional customer service and the efforts of another employee, Kevin, to ensure a timely prescription fill. The store's hours, particularly the pharmacy's closing time, can be unclear, with the information not readily available online or in-store. Additionally, the pharmacy's policy of not allowing customers to pay for additional items from the store at the prescription checkout has been a point of contention for some. Overall, the reviews suggest a varied customer experience at this CVS location, with both positive and negative aspects. The pharmacy staff's dedication and the convenience of the store's offerings are appreciated, but the corporate policies and accessibility issues seem to be areas that could use improvement.
The current staff is not helpful and refused to ring up my non prescription items. Is this a new policy?

Worst pharmacy i have ever been to. You always have to wait even though prescription was dropped off day before.

Avoid the pharmacy, the pharmacist is very rude and had no idea about the prescription. I went there to get my kids prescription, they gave me the wrong prescription for one of my kids.Better to go somewhere else to get your child prescription.
