We had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Maynard. Our SUV was in the shop for unexpected repairs, which left us without an SUV for a trip we had planned to visit family in New York for the July 4th weekend. We contacted several rental car companies without any success. Julianne with Enterprise in Maynard was able to find a full-sized SUV for us when everyone else, including other Enterprise locations, couldn't help us. Also, it was refreshing to find someone who was professional and cared about the customer, which contrasted with her other Enterprise locations who gave us the run around. I would use Enterprise again solely because of my interactions with Julianne.

Very disappointed, I reserved a luxury SUV almost 2 weeks in advance to make sure they would have the size that fits my family, then I call the office the day before to make sure they have it and they tell me that they don’t have it and can only offer something smaller.
I would have appreciated a phone call earlier so I would have time to find a car somewhere else, they obviously don’t care about reservations and only give you whatever they have available at the moment you show up.

I unfortunately got covid and had to cancel at the last minute.
The staff was very understanding and waived the late cancellation fee.

Julianne was great helping me out with arranging to pick up my car at the dealer in Sudbury. She provides a world class customer experience. She should be recognized for going the extra mile and keep your customers happy. Amazing!!

Whatever you do, DO NOT USE! Gave me a car with an EXPIRED REGISTRATION. Got a ticket. Reached out numerous times they said they compensate and almost a year later still nothing. We’ll be going everywhere to ensure they pay for this. bbb. News outlets. Absolutely awful do not use them! We had proof. Had to pay the ticket bc no one was getting back to me. Multiple follow ups they said they’re working on and nothing. Absolutely AWFUL

I have to say that enterprise in Maynard MA is the only place I will rent from. The staff is professional, friendly and supportive. Brendan, Julianne are amazing to work with and so is Mark, Addy and Ga. I cannot say enough about them and this location.

I recently rented a car from Enterprise in Maynard MA. Julianne and the crew there(Mark, GA Brendan) worked to make this a pleasant and trouble-free experience. Everything was explained and my questions answered. Whenever possible I get my car rental from the Maynard location not just for convenience but for the service.

I’ve rented from this place many times before but my last experience definitely sticks out. Can’t remember the managers name but she was trying to help me out with my corporate account and we were struggling a little bit trying to get it pulled up. It was about to get real noisy so I told her I had to call her back. She message me 10 to 15 minutes later telling me that she figured it out and that my rental is all set and ready for pick up on the day I requested. This enterprise is definitely come along way since the last time I was renting from them which was 7 years ago. I’m sure you guys will be seeing me again soon. Thank you for making that easy on me.

We rented a car for a week. The car was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, it did not start on the last day due to a fault with the battery. We were immediately given another car at another office to go back with. The colleague there apologised for the inconvenience and was willing to compromise on the final amount. I would recommend them as they have offices in many towns and their roadside service can help quickly and efficiently if there is a problem.Next time we go to the USA we will definitely rent a car from them again.

This will be my second time renting out of Maynard. If you’re looking for a clean car don’t rent from Maynard. The last car I rented including todays were filthy and stunk of cigarettes. I’m going to return the car the way that it should have been rented to me, clean and vacuumed . Instead of making the car smell like a “swimming pool” as one was heard saying, next time I would consider using an air freshener or have the interior professionally detailed.
