Excellent service and modern building, super convenient location for Maynard. Opened a new account and the staff were friendly and helpful in taking care of all my accounting needs. The facility is very new with colorful interior and maintained neatly. They also offered coffee.

I am surprised at the negative reviews about rude customer service as I have not experienced it myself - either at this branch or any other MSB bank. I left my old bank many years ago when they merged with a mega-bank and came to MSB BECAUSE they are local and have no shareholders. I also have an account at a credit union (DCU) because they both offer good (different) deals on different services.

I generally like this new branch. Very clean and attractive. The manager is also very customer centric. That said, I had an unpleasant experience with a teller today, Michael, who was condescending to me and rude to one of his coworkers while waiting on me. The manager wasn't there during my visit, so perhaps a one off when the boss is away, but made me think nonetheless about returning to this branch. Otherwise have enjoyed this branch.

The most rude employees I’ve ever interacted with. I came in while three of the employees were helping one customer. They were having private conversation rather than any actual business for about 15 minutes before acknowledging I was there. When I finally talked with an employee, I asked about the edeposit feature on the app. It wasn’t letting me enroll so I called the online number who told me to go to the actual bank for help. When I asked the employee about it, he laughed at me and said “I think you can figure it out”. Shockingly rude, but I wasn’t surprised as this specific bank is rude every time. It’s my closest middlesex bank but I go out of my way to avoid it at all costs because of the employees’ horrible behavior every time. I’m only surprised these people still have jobs, especially in customer service

I nice bank. 80's retro decor and you can see in the old tyme vault. They get an extra star because the tellers are very nice!

There's always so many tellers to help you! I had to wait about 30 seconds the other day and that was my longest wait yet. We've only been banking with them for about a month but I'm so happy with them so far.
