“Made an appointment for a Wednesday morning, they got the car right in, called and gave me an estimate for wheel bearing and brakes about 45 minutes later. They also provided info about other things the car might need in the future so I could decide if the repair was worth it and that it was too involved to be all done that day. Told them I needed the car for the weekend and had it back by the afternoon on Friday. Great communication, clearly take pride in their work and use quality parts.”

“I have been coming to Kraft for a few years now and have never had anything less than a stellar experience here. Due my own timing issue, I had to recently get my tires replaced elsewhere and they pushed hard to have me replace my brake pads too. The guys at Kraft saved me about a grand when they took a look and said I still had life left on the pads. They are always incredibly honest and at this point I trust no one else!”

“When I turned my car on the TPMS light would blink foe a minute and then remain on, which indicates a problem with the TPMS system. I was able to get an appointment at T and L within a reasonable timeframe. I was greeted immediately upon arrival, left my keys and a contact number. Within a few hours, I got a call that the car was ready. Two of the tire monitors needed replacement, the cost was reasonable.”

“Happy the tires I asked for were in stock and put on same day. Performed alignment and gave me before/after output.
Courteous staff took a look at the wear on my old tires, actually didn’t pressure me to replace them (my mechanic had suggested I do so soon). Tires I wanted were on sale, and with sale price better than online tire stores.
(More than my wife paid for same tires at Sullivan 2 years ago, but that’s inflation…)
Sullivan Tire in Sudbury lets Sudbury Boy Scouts have Christmas Tree sale on their lot every year, so I like them as good community members.”

“I usually never leave reviews, but I just wanted to shout out how awesome this shop is. Not only do they consistently provide great, fast service every time I've visited, but the technicians are also just so kind and really go above and beyond to help. For instance, I work nearby and discovered one day when I got to work that I had a deflating tire - Paul fit me in for last-minute tire repair and even came to my workplace to fill the tire with air and help get the car to the shop. I've never once felt pressured by them to get certain services done; they really just shoot straight with you and want to help. As someone whose knowledge of cars is admittedly very low, haha, I really appreciate having a shop to go to where I trust their advice and know I'm not getting taken advantage of.”

“Got an appointment quickly for 2 vehicles. Good coordination to get both done. Alignment couldn’t be done pending needed repair on wheel. He explained the issue and did not go ahead with or charge for alignment.

“Excellent service. Discovered a full flat in one of my tires this morning. I had someone come out to put on the spare but as I have a long commute and had already used the spare previously, it was important that I get all new tires installed that day. I called around to different locations and looked online, and I saw this location had the tires I wanted in stock but no appointment availability until a few days later. I called anyway to make sure and even though I hadn’t left a voicemail, they called me back promptly (a green flag, as that means someone is paying attention to the phones, which isn’t always the case). Gentleman on the phone was attentive and was able to check stock and availability, and was able to get me in same day for an appointment a few hours later. I arrived a few minutes early and they took my car immediately, and had put on the tires within 45 min, for the good price that was already quoted online. They saved me here, as I was in a bind, and I definitely will be coming back, even though this isn’t my closest tire center.”
“I had some trouble with my car (2003 Mercedes C240) not starting this week, it wasn't the battery and I couldn't figure it out on my own so I had it towed to Village European. They were very helpful and updated me throughout the diagnosis process via text (explaining what was wrong, providing cost estimates, etc). They had parts ordered and the repair complete within 1.5 business days which was awesome - I would highly recommend Village European.”

“Ironically I didn't have any work done, but am extremely impressed with their honesty and integrity. My Audi dealer said that I had a leaking hydraulic motor mount. Jarmo's estimate was half of what Audi quoted me, so I brought my car in. I got a call shortly thereafter telling me that it was perfectly fine and didn't need replaced, and that I could pick it up. I will be bringing all 3 of my vehicles there for any future service!”
