“The pick a brick section was amazing, and the employee was very kind. The build a minifig could have been better though, previous trips have had much better pieces but my little brother did manage to make Shrek out of the few pieces there.”
“The Paper Store is great if one is a woman shopping, or a man gift shopping for his wife, mother, or girlfriend. There are some greeting cards and some nice stationary for men, plus some calendars that might be of interest to men, but 95% of the merchandise offered is of interest mainly to women.”

No tables?! No anything for a “birthday gathering”. What is your standard?! It Was not advertised. Not communicated clearly until I already booked appointment.
I had children sitting on a dusty floor with beautiful dresses. Not a single place to sit down?!
You know you’re completely understaffed. Your staff is overworked. They need to be appreciated and compensated for your lack of humanity in staffing.
They are the face of this company for hundreds of people to count on enjoying. If it wasn’t for Jose. I would have walked out.
Long lines and a lot of under trained staff, not helpful. Zero acknowledgement for crowd control or helping hand. Jose, He navigated and was very calm through it all. I am so grateful for him”

“This store is great! I needed to get some entertainment / educational items for my daughter and four year old Granddaughter coming into town. I got help from the owner and picked out a variety of items. Prices were vary reasonable and they have a lot of variety. I was so pleased. They also gift wrap. The place is a gem. Support local businesses works when they do their part in providing great service and value, and this place certainly delivers.”
“I have enjoyed shopping here for years, and all the recipients love their gifts. I went in today asking for a batterie that Donnellan's did not have in stock, they did not carry any but the store keep had an extra and gave it to me free of charge!Support local briskness, because they support you in a multidude of ways!”
“This is your typical Paper Store-Hallmark. It is clean, easy to find items, and they always have the best cards. I use my hallmark card so I get points and then $$ rewards. I think I have purchased mostly Alex & Ani bracelets and Willow Tree figurines the most (in the past year). Prices are higher than normal, so I go here for convenience and/or to find a heartfelt gift.”

“I have been coming to this Acton location for The Paper Store for several years now, especially during the holidays to get a new yearly LANG Songbirds calendar and to continue finding out what's new for Hallmark ornaments (especially The Bird Series line of beautiful ornaments)! The staff here is friendly, the prices are reasonable and you can find a gift for practically anyone on your holiday shopping list! I'll be coming here every year until they stop selling the calendars or the Bird Series of ornaments ends production (I don't see what it would, hundreds and hundreds of birds to make ornaments based off of)!”

“Cute store! I loved all the items, though everything was more on the pricey side, they are nice quality and good products. And they also have a lot of nice clearance items too, from all different categories. I loved the workers though! I’m writing this for review a little after I went, but the woman who were working there were so pleasant and friendly! They seemed to enjoy the job and were very nice to chat with!”
