Johanna, Marjorie and Maria are all fantastic. They constantly go above and beyond should I have any problems. Needham Bank cannot be beat in terms of customer service!!!”

“This Medfield branch of Citizens Bank is definitely one of the better locations I've been to in the past for outstanding service and the lack of other people (ha!). This location is one of the smaller, cozier, user-friendly Citizens Bank. No, the hours aren't the greatest, but it's the convenience that counts. Being that I travel Route 109 regularly, there isn't a Citizens in Millis, Medway or even Milford (suggestion for Citizens Bank: for crying out loud, add another one of your banks along this Route!), so Medfield is the regular stop. Also, no, it doesn't have a drive thru. I love drive thru's, but when it comes to banking, it's not too big of a deal to go inside. Here, my only issue is during peak hours and there is no on street parking. I'd prefer to park in the lot (like everyone else in the world....) but I don't believe there is a back entrance, and walking around the entire lot is a real pain in the neck. Otherwise, constant great service. From the ladies always working at the counter, to the great air conditioning, to even having dog treats and lollipops, the Medfield location is definitely friendly to their customers and keeps the Medfield location very organized. I continue to come to this location, and definitely suggest it. Plus, it's the only one in the area, so make sure to either go before they close, or go to one of the other branches far far away. 4 stars for the Medfield Citizens.”
