the worst customer service ever. There’s an older woman who wears masks and a guy with red hair whom are great. Everyone else I’ve encountered is less than helpful. Five thumbs down.

This pharmacy has been giving me problems for the last three years. I go to get my refill and it’s never ready. There’s one prescription they refuse to fill until I get to the store to tell them to fill it. This is not the way of pharmacy should be run. The people that work in the pharmacy have to be the dumbest people I’ve ever had to deal with in my entire life. They don’t know what they’re doing. They never answer their phone. You go to the store and you still wait. I don’t think I want to use this pharmacy anymore because of the problems. Nothing being done about it. You have lost a long time customer.

Prescriptions are never filled unless you go there and wait. Very hard to get a human on the phone and then they put you on a 30+ minute hold. They also never have the most basic drugs.

The employee that helped me at checkout went beyond her job and helped me save money by helping me navigate the coupons on my app, and was very pleasant about it.

I will never fill another prescription at the Medfield CVS. Called for a refill last night and was told it was on hold and the doc would have to call. I called him and he did. I went to pick up the prescription and was told they were out, which apparently was the reason for the hold but that wasn't communicated to us. Several phone calls later I found a pharmacy with stock and the helpful Walgreens pharmacist said she would call CVS and get the prescription transferred. Ten minutes later she called back; the CVS clerk told her the prescription had been filled and was waiting to be picked up! I tried calling CVS but sat on hold for the entire 15 minutes it took me to get back in my car and drive there. Had to wait, blood pressure rising with each minute, until the pharmacist was free. Of course no prescription was waiting because they are out of the medication. AND she couldn't transfer it to Walgreens because the doctor called it in today, making it a new prescription which she cannot transfer. Now I have to call my doctor AGAIN and ask him to call it in to Walgreens. Misinformation and poor communication from CVS pharmacy at every step.

There is no warning that your prescription will not be filled.Even if it's on automatic refill. There is no warningthat this pharmacy is out of your prescription. This is a careless Management issue.

The worst. Ask a question will take ten minutes to get through on the phone. If they dont have somthingvthey wont even tell you. Have your doctor send a prescription and tep plus hours later it is not ready. Stupid coupons on half the items in the store. Why dont the just lower the prices ten percent and forget the gimicks.

CVS as a general rule are all really nice and friendly. I've been using CVS for the past 20 yrs or so. That should tell anyone a lot. I love my main CVS in Boston. But love for Millis, Dedham & Michigan. Whenever I've had a problem any of my CVS's have no problem helping me. I will continue to use them for yrs to come, I hope to.

Takes three days or more to fill a simple prescription. The automated system says it will be filled in a few hours - don't believe it. This has been going on for at least three months. I have started to move my prescriptions to Osco pharmacy inside Shaws supermarket. So far they are a significant improvement over CVS pharmacy.

I had a wonderful experience in the pharmacy. The manager, Phuoc Vo noticed my prescription cost was higher than normal and pointing this out to me. She loaned me a days worth of pills against my script until I could get it worked out and I did! The next day my prescription was $544.99 less. Yes that’s over five hundred dollars. I love her and the staff, they are so kind.
