I go to that store often, and I see Karen there all the time. She is always there and works very hard. She is nothing but friendly, helpful and always smiling. I was appalled to see a negative review of her. She's the best!

I too read that horrible review on Karen. She is one of the loveliest accommodating hard working people I have encountered at Medfield Commons. Always in a wonderful mood - even at 6:00 am in the morning! She is wonderful and an absolute asset to Medfield Commons. Very lucky to have her.
