I had a complicated deposit for our business account and the staff at the Medfield branch could not have been more accommodating.
Cheryl and James were terrific and patient and did it all without a working AC in the building on a VERY hot day.

Visited the Medfield branch recently a few times. An absolute sweatshop! Why is it always so hot in there? I have made comments to the staff that they need to turn their air conditioning system on. The manager seems not to care about the well being of her customers or employees. I couldn’t wait to get out of there once my business was done. The employees are nice but they should not have to work in such uncomfortable conditions. I could visibly see them sweating. Upper management needs to address this.

I have been a customer of Rockland Bank for many years. Cheryl does an amazing job as bank manager. The staff is friendly, professional and efficient. They make banking fun!

I had a small issue with my business banking. Called up and spoke with Jed, but did not have time to follow through. He called me two days later to tell me the problem was resolved. I can not speak highly enough of the customer service at this bank.
