Moji is an excellent pharmacist. He is caring and professional. Even when he is very busy, he will take time to explain things carefully. This is greatly appreciated when you are in need of medical help.

Went for booster for parents and pharmacist couldn't have been better or more accommodating. Outstanding service and beyond great. If there was higher rating i would give it. Parents are in 80s and we're thoroughly impressed. Mark could not have been nicer. Thanks Shaws and Mark!

Pharmacist on duty the morning of June 3rd couldn't have been more disinterested or unpleasant. Literally no customers, so I went over to see if they had an oral syringe ( no needle) for my cat's meds. The man barely acknowledged me and just grunted " no"...no smile. Just the guy I'd want to see if I were sick and in need of a prescription. Ugh.

So many of the employees are unpleasant when you're checking out. It's like you're inconveniencing then by being there. Again some are nice. However the overall tone is that you're somehow trespassing. If you're unhappy do something else. Don't be rude to other people.

Where do I begin... let's start with the nasty produce. Oranges that are green, Granny Smith apples covered in red, avacados that are as squishy as play doh, and even peppers that I literally saw come out of the box a few minutes before, with MOLD on them. And when you're not getting food poisoning from the produce, you'll find your food being thrown around by the cashier/baggers. I have come here a few times, and most times the cashier/baggers are friendly. Not over the top, but basic respect. However, the attitude of the bagger on my last trip left me to write this review. He put two jugs of juice and three GLASS jars of sauce in the same bag, and didn't even double bag and Put cleaner in the same bag as food, and didn't even bother putting my case of water more than halfway on the bottom of the cart (I had to push it in) He was young so I cut him some slack on the bagging. But when I asked him nicely to make the bags lighter he just rolled his eyes. And at then end when I was saying "have a great day", he scoffs our a "yeah whatever". Moral of the story is, if you want produce that won't give you food poisoning, try Brothers marketplace, it's more expensive but it's a whole lot better than MOLD and ROT. And secondly, if you still choose to go to this Shaw's, expect average to bad service.

I was at Shaws in Medfield to do my weekly (mask and gloves) shopping. Did my over $150.00 shopping. Out to the parking lot. The car makes that terrible "I'm not starting " noise. Go back in the store to borrow a phone. Wonderful young man at the cash register let's me call home (he dialed). Call my husband, leave a message (bet he's in the yard doing stuff!). Lift up the hood in the parking lot, sit to wait, have a Snickerdoodle I bought. A nice young man (Andy), looks like the end of his shift, asks if I'm ok, told him the story. He says he has a charger...might work. It did! I got home, no loss of groceries. Thank you Andy, a good deed for a senior (75!) Thank you Shaws, All your employees have always been wonderful, but this was above andbeyond!.

The WORST place to buy seafood. The counter smells like bait not fish. Purchased Tilapia that had gone bad. Purchased 4 lobsters, and one was dead when I got home. The overall cleanliness of the market is deplorable. The board of health should visit more frequently!
