“Excellent staff and very quick service. My relatives always complain about the pain of shipping items and returning items so I used to avoid both as much as possible. Then I came into this ups for a return earlier this year and I was blown away by how friendly and quick it was. In town FedEx is 20 mins at counter apparently, but this was in and out in under 3 mins for shipping past week. Glad for this option!!”

“Kind of strange to be writing a review for the post office, but after reading the bad reviews for the Dedham post office, I went ahead and made my way to the Westwood post office.
I thought the woman behind the counter was extremely patient as I tried to figure out the best way to send my three different tax-related documents -– some that needed certified with return receipt, others that did not. Apparently the type of envelope that you buy can determine the way it’s mailed, and some envelopes end up costing more than others because of that.
In the end, I was able to get everything mailed, get the return receipts I needed, and she never made me feel rushed or stupid. It was also five minutes before closing time, so I give her a lot of kudos for that too.”
“I went into the office because the customer service help line wasn’t at all helpful. I met Mara in the office and she was outstanding, she listened to the problem and got me in contact with a real person. That person managed to get me in contact with Nate at the Billerica office. He was again fantastic customer service at its best. Thanks everyone for the support”
“Protect Dave at all costs! Today was my last day to bring my package to return an item to the post office [ i haven't been around] and i wasn't about to shove it into the box outside. He was already outside the building for a moment and he took the time to stop and answer my question. He wasn't rude or in a rush but the complete opposite. He doesn't know this but this is my first package i have ever sent out to return that wasnt Amazon and he took it and processed it for me to send out. This is above and beyond attitude. Thank you again Dave, you're a real one.”

I needed to send 2 packages back to Walmart third party vendors, and Matt quickly found the appropriate boxes for my items, packed them better than I could ever do myself, and all these with a smile and great attitude! “This is my favorite Post Office I've been to in the whole country. I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes in line, I'm often the only customer, the staff are always friendly, and there's plenty of parking nearby. That's everything I need.”
“Very reliable local USPS postal office. They are polite and knowledgeable about the products and shipping process. Parking can be hard sometimes, just park at the Walpole public parking and then walk.”
“I continue to be impressed by the Staples store in Needham, Highland Avenue. In this review I wish to thank Dave McNeish for his help with printing photographs for a family event. It was help that was needed although the purchase was nominal. Dave was helpful and treated me with respect considering the circumstances. I often come here to hang out and get out of my home office. Once here I start remembering items that I need. Even when I come to the store to hang out and have coffee, I never leave without buying something. Great customer service is valuable in today's retail store marketplace. Why visit a store when most items are available online? I like the feel of a brick and mortar store. I like the interaction between sales staff and me. I like to interact with other customers. What's on sale? What's trending? The experience online is linear. It's visual on the online stores. Many more senses are involved with an in store experience. Visually you see the products but in a three dimensional way when seeing items in person. Here I can sit in an office chair and write this. It smells new. It feels supportive and yet comfortable. A possible sale today? Who knows. With a good sales person, I feel comfortable in returning to this store again. If I had a bad experience I might not return. Accommodations to Dave McNeish at the Needham store!”
“I really love this post office. They always get you in and out, they're friendly, knowledgeable and have your best interest in mind. Special shoutout to Joe who is really one of the best! I have a post office around the corner from my house but regularly go out of my way to the Wayland one because I trust them and know they'll get it done right.”

“So grateful for the Norfolk post office and staff! Jean is great and runs a tight, tidy ship. I mail packages frequently and am always well taken care of. In response to a previous review: the office closes for lunch because there's typically only one person on staff making that lunch break a necessity.”
“I drop packages here all the time. The staff is friendly and don’t seem to have issues with items shipping out in a timely manner. Our mail usually comes at a reasonable time too.”
“Arguably the best full service PO in Metro West. Can be a tad busy around noon and near close but Kelly and Wendy will take care of you. Lots of packing materials and friendly smiles that give you all the mailing options. Off peak times you are in and out with usually no wait.”
