This CVS store doesn't scam on customers with the towing. In order to park in their lot you need to be going into CVS and not other stores because that's what was happening for years. People would park in CVS lot and go into the buildings across the street and in the square thus there was no parking at all for actual CVS customers. The tow truck driver does watch and people do as well and will report. There are signs posted in the lot so it should be of no surprise. People are human and mistakes happen.

I have not been treated so disrespectfully by a pharmacist in 20 years. And they tow your car to boot? Avoid at all costs us my advice. Walgreens is an oasis compared to this place

Took an Uber from downtown to go to the Minute Clinic. When I arrived, they said no one showed up to open the clinic, despite it being during their business hours. Now I'm out $45 for the Uber.

Came into this CVS for a prescription, and when I left my car had been towed. People working here informed me this was a common practice and to speak to the store manager, who ultimately did nothing for me. Wasted my afternoon. Will never come to this store again.

I purchased a disposable camera from one of the CVS locations before a trip to take photos. After the trip, I dropped the camera off at this CVS and after a month of waiting, I called to check in about the pictures. I was told that nothing was received yet. I called against every couple weeks for the following 3 months, yet never received anything. I even contacted Kodak directly about it and was told that they delete everything after 45 days. I never heard anything else about the camera. I contacted their corporate office in hopes that they could sort it out but I got nothing. I think its really unprofessional that they made no effort to figure the situation out. Definitely won't be using CVS photo anymore.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I parked in the parking lot for 2 min, and was immediately almost towed away. Its very predatory. I was planning to do one quick errand (if you cross the street for a min, they watch you) and my plan was to shop at the cvs on the way back- and within the 3 min, a tow truck was about to take my car away. In tears, I went to speak to the CVS office manager and she said sorry there was nothing she could do- that its their policy if they see someone cross the street. It's very predatory, i wouldn't shop here at all. The worst start of my day. :(

Predatory tow service. Do not go to this CVS. The tow truck will block you in and demand cash to avoid a tow which is an illegal practice. Store manager was aware of the practice and was very rude

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to by a wide margin. Every single time the line is out the door with only one worker and they consistently lose prescriptions/ hold up the line looking for them for ten minutes each. Slow and confused always. Going to try to get my insurance to let me switch back to Walgreens. Walgreens is 100% times better and these people have no idea what they are doing.

85 High Street CVS is big scammer I parked my car in the parking lot and went inside. by the time I came out they were towing my car, I called manager which she stated that it’s their business and you weren’t shopping with us. CVS and towing company are doing jointly business scam to their own customers. I would never go back to them again and please please avoid to go their place or your car will be towed away !!!
