The WORST CVS location. If I could give zero stars I would. They treat their customers like they are idiots. They don't take the time to look up your file to check for the reasons why there may be an issue with a prescription, they read off the app. I had at least 5 instances in an 8 month period where the prescription I needed was not in stock and I had to wait 3 days for it to be available just barely making it without running out. They question the medication and refuse to fill it meanwhile I've been on the same dose for 20 years. Even my doctor said they are the worst to deal with. They have filled prescriptions and shorted me pills several times that I literally havd to count them every time I pick them up.They see Masshealth and assume you are either low priority or a scumbag. I understand being understaffed and overwhelmed but your job is to be helpful and make it a stress free transaction. It's always something with this location. I have finally had enough and transferred all my prescriptions to the CVS in Target instead. The person, Sam, that I spoke with today at the Target location actually took the time to go in my records and resolved all the issues and was the most pleasant and genuine transaction that I've had at a pharmacy in forever.
The only reason I would ever use this location is if I had to fill a prescription after hours in an emergency.
They should take some lessons from Sam at the Target location on how to be a professional and exceptional pharmacist.
I am so done with them.

Literally one of the worst CVS locations that you could possibly imagine lines are always extremely long management is terrible. They seem to always prioritize one person when there is a 10 person line. Avoid the CVS like it’s a plague

You invest too much into the app and not into your people or stores where I pick it up. There is a massive line every time I come to the location. You are stretching your people too thin and it is negatively impacting everyone’s customer experience. The workers are great but you can tell this is coming from corporate and management.

Not sure what happened to the service at this location. But I find it inconvenient to have workers point me to self checkout instead of assisting me with my return purchase. She saw me with a bag and still did nothing.

For the most part I usually have a good experience at this particular CVS. I continue to go back there for my subscriptions and other items.

I went to this pharmacy this evening (25 November 24 ) to get one product and I went to self checkout to make the payment, was a men assisting the costumer , when I finished the payment I was waiting for the recieve but the machine was broken , that guy came screaming with me , saying that I should read the paper clipped on the screen saying the machine was broken ! I fell so uncomfortable I front of the other people on line , so embarrassed, I told him to do not scream with the costumer like this , we deserve some education! I’m so disappointed and frustrated with this situation, beacause sometimes we’re not felling well , silk , go to the pharmacy to be treated like this ? No respect , no education , they should be way more kind with the costumer !

The cashier was quite rude in her service and treatment. You have a long way to go to be in charge of customer service. When leaving the store I wonder about a purchase as if someone will break in to steal. I was carrying my receipts and I had a problem paying with it. My rewards disappeared and I had only used 1 of the 3 I had. The only thing that the Manager was quite friendly. And it solved my problem instantly.

My boyfriend just went in there to ask about Hello Kitty item since he didn't see it on the floor. Just in case they had them in the back. He would come another day. For the lady to just say no and not try to help him when he had the sku to scan to see if they did have it in the back. Happened today at 8/13/2024 at 3:50 pm.

The guy in front of me asked the employee if he could check out at the register (he had a large order and didn’t want to use self-checkout)
Idk if it was a language barrier but the cashier refused to open a check-out and stood there hovering over the customer while the customer used the self-checkout. I was uncomfortable on the customer’s behalf. I thought it was rude.
They’re open 24/7, that’s cool.
