DICK'S Sporting Goods in Medford is a go-to destination for sports, exercise, officially licensed, and outdoor equipment. The store carries a wide assortment of footwear, workout clothes, sports equipment, camping gear, bikes, kayaks, and exercise equipment from top brands. The staff is knowledgeable, excellent, very nice, welcoming, and helpful, providing great customer service and great energy. They help find the perfect items, tune up bikes, fit for new golf clubs, set up fishing equipment, and regrip clubs. The manager is great, always available to help and go above and beyond, even searching the back if something is not on the floor. The team members are very helpful, and the store offers the lowest prices with price matching for competitors. Customers are highly satisfied and recommend the store.
Didn't get what I wanted. Sold out with all the fishing around Boston the larger fish hooks were sold out but this is the same everywhere but they are well stocked on everything else, and I do get my fishing licenses there all the time.
