Fairfield by Marriott Boston Medford

Hotels
The location is privileged and next to public transit to take a train into Boston. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is good. Rooms have a view from the window and a shower that is great. The location is across the street from a Medford train stations and a few minutes from the Assembly Mall. Easy access to the T and walkability. The rooms facing the Fellsway and have constant traffic all day and night, so soundproofing need. The front desk needs more coaching on how to communicate with guest. The bathroom had no exhaust and the toiletries were clearly used. Bedding had stains and was not properly cleaned. Management has made amends and senior management is robust. Guest give it a go.
