The white male working here was racist. He treated the white customer before me very nice but when it was my turn, he was condescending and rude.

Horrible customer service. Came here to find out that only one person working and there is a customer that's taking forever rather than telling him to do his job , such as writing addresses and stuff on the side he is making the entire line of a dozen people held up.

Went here one day and the staff was extremely helpful. One gentleman assisted me to print my item correctly. He went over and beyond. Best customer service and experience I have ever had.

It’s 0 out of 10. Ed was soooo very rude. Like I can’t deviate from his supposed regimented queue line, even though I’ve been waiting for 10-15mins started queuing from the entrance. (My impression is the huff/puff from Ed indicated obviously I won’t be able to afford sending a large box to NZ and I’m just wasting his time)
Ordeal took 1hr because I apparently have to call the NZ consulate to verify and possibly get an import license for the gifts/maple syrup I’m sending.
In the end, I can’t even send my friend’s care package because the FedEx computer failed twice to process my transaction/credit card.
This is beyond ridiculous. Don’t ever come here

Very friendly and helpful staff ( Jeffrey ). The self print station is convenient as is the location, I’m glad there is a parking lot here
