“Today I went to a new mechanic, the owners name is Koko and his company is called Foreign and Domestic Auto Service in Medford. His phone number is 781-391-0808. I had to have my front brakes replaced in my Toyota and the service was organized, quick, and very courteous. Mr. Koko had a smile on his face the whole time I was there which wasn't very long. In my 58 years I have never had such a remarkable experience with an automobile mechanic at such a reasonable price for my repairs. Mr. Koko will now be my go to automobile mechanic and I will use him going always going forward. You should definitely try his work, I guarantee as you won't be disappointed.”

“I have been coming to this shop for inspections for little over 11 years now . For the past 6 years I am leasing my cars. I had quite a few scare moments where my car was just serviced under warranty at the dealership or when people at the dealership would tell me there is nothing wrong with my car and make me feel it’s all in my head . So I’d come to Eddy and the crew at the shop for their honest opinion. Eddy was always on point to find the problems with my cars and even told me to come back to the dealership to tell them to fix the problems that it was not addressed before even the ones missed as well. Trust is everything. I trust this shop and highly recommend them .”

“Make sure you check if the attendant actually applies your go points to your gas transaction.I just got significantly less gas because they didn't apply them and tried to make it seem like it was my fault.I would of gone somewhere else to get gas if I knew I was going to be paying 3.19 a gallon, I had 20 cents off so it would of been 2.99.Please train your attendants better to be more attentive and actually listen to what people say”

“These guys (Gino and his wife, Ilsa) are honest and hardworking. They know and recognize me. They do not try to jack up the price by doing more than is necessary, and they always do the job right the first time. The prices are very reasonable and the work is top notch. For example, I have a car that had shuddering brakes for years, that my parents had sold to me. Their mechanics said that it was just because the car was old. I took it to Gino at Alex's Auto Repair and he discovered that the front brakes, on the inner side of the disk brakes, had almost completely worn away. It required a lot of work to get in behind the wheel to see this, which is why the other mechanic missed it. Now the brakes work flawlessly. I have been coming to them for a few years now, after having a friend get screwed by a competitive shop that I had recommended to the friend, and I would never go back. My only fear is that the 5-star review will give Alex's Auto more business, thereby making the wait time for my repairs longer! (Although, right now, they generally get my car back to me within the day if not faster - yet another one of the perks). Could not recommend this shop any more.”

Another mechanic had quoted me thousands & Alex charged me a very fair price, a fraction of what Audi or anyone else quoted me. Really nice, honest, trustworthy guy, who is clearly very skilled & knowledgeable about how cars work. He's a 2nd generation mechanic. Next time you're in need for a solid mechanic give him a try! “Al and his Sons are the best! They set me up with a day/time for me to take my car in that was convenient for me. They looked at it as soon as I arrived and even kept me company as I was waiting. They showed me exactly what was wrong and explained what work needed to be done. I brought it back on my day off and they had it to me by the end of the day. They're a small family owned shop that clearly knows what they're doing. I had a great experience and I highly recommend you give them your business.”

“The station is under new ownership, and I must say they’re great! The new station itself is so much cleaner, and well cared for. The new owners themselves are such gentlemen, even going so far as to bringing out complimentary cold water on hot days. This is a self service station but I’ve seen them come out and pump gas for people that request/need full-service. If I could give 6 stars I would. Keep up the good work!”

“easy in/out access from Fellsway West and Rt 60, place might appear slightly dim at night but not inadequate, pricing is decent. only problem may be peak hours when the roads are jammed with traffic, so entering or leaving against traffic flow might cause pain and aggravation. other than that, good stop for gas on way into or out of town.”
