βThe people at OB's are great, and the service is excellent. I recently had bodywork done on the entire right side of my car which got badly scratched. When the panels were replaced and painted, there was no way to tell that it was ever damaged. The work was done quickly, and my questions about progress of the repair were readily answered.β
βMet Carmelo and Gus this morning when I took my 23 old truck for an inspection. I have had bad experience at other shops for simple inspections before. Not at Volsar, they were friendly, professional, and honest. I did all the work myself so I know my truck inside out and know nothing is wrong or need fixing. Volsar confirm nothing was needed besides the inspection sticker.
I will start bringing my cars here for mechanic work in the future. Itβs hard to find honest and good mechanics.β

βMy '49 Willys Overland Jeepster had an overheating problem. Rogers had my radiator fixed and ready to put back in less than 24 hours, allowing me to reassemble, fill and test my antique truck in plenty of time for it to be driven in the Boxford 4th of July Parade. I will recommend them to anybody!β
βI needed an oil pan replacement, oil chance and inspection on my car so I dropped it off here in the morning. Work was done before the end of the day for a very reasonable price, and I think they actually fixed something else wrong with my engine because it was no longer making a strange idling sound when I picked it up. βI had an excellent experience with M E Auto Accessories! They installed power, illuminated running boards and an Auxbeam switch on my 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X, and the results were amazing. The wiring is completely hidden and everything works and looks perfect. I appreciated the prompt communication, detailed estimate, and reasonable prices. They took the time to explain the installation and functions when I picked up my truck, which was a nice touch. Great attention to detail and even more amazing customer service. I can't wait to return for more work soon! Highly recommended!

This time, Jay installed lighted door handles, rooftop marker lights, a light bar behind the grill, lights in the bumper, a new third brake light, cold air intake, and turbo resonator. The customer service, professionalism, and friendliness at ME is unmatched. I recommend them for all your auto needs and will certainly be back again.β

βAmazing, friendly, nice employees - I went to get a weird noise from the car checked out. They were busy but still took 5 mins out to drive my car and try to figure out what it may be. Found out one of the tires had a nail in it and they were so nice and helpful with quickly fixing it for a very reasonable price! I 100% recommend them.β

βI had a nail in one of the tires on the work vehicle. I am unfortunately obligated by work to take the car to their place to be fixed however I needed air till I get there. A white man with dark blonde hair was so kind and professional about it. He added air to all tires and pointed out to where the nail was. This interaction took place sometime in the winter. I was poorly dressed and exhausted after a medical shift. I asked if I can pay for the air and he refused. I highly recommend the services here.β
βService at Colonial Nissan is always very good. They provide reminders of upcoming appointments, explain clearly what work they recommend be done and with what timing, do the work pretty quickly, and it all comes with a friendly smile. I also enjoy the good coffee machine in the waiting area and, when I can't wait, they provide a Lyft/Uber service to take you home and pick you up when your car is ready - super convenient.β

βWow.. thee guys are honest. I had an issue with my exhaust that would have required ordering expensive parts and waiting a while for them to arrive. They suggested I go to another custom muffler shop (Lou's Custom Muffler in N. Reading) for a quicker and cheaper solution. Roadside Truck and Auto certainly earned my trust with this interaction.β
βThis place saved us right before our wedding, our car broke down the Sunday before our flight to Italy and Koko let us tow the car to his location and kept it for two weeks while we were gone as a huge exception because of our situation. We couldnβt be more grateful and the issue was fixed perfectly when we got back. He even drove it to make sure there were no issues from it sitting for that period of time. Highly recommend!β

My check engine light was tricky to reset because my car is older, and instead of rushing me out the door, they calmly worked through it and figured it out without any drama. They literally would not let me leave until the issue was fully resolved, which I really appreciated.
On top of that, they were friendly, professional, and somehow managed to make the whole experience stress-free⦠and they even offered me pizza (which I absolutely accepted).
Itβs rare to find a place where people actually take the time to help instead of just pushing you through. Highly recommend this location if you want solid service and good people who go the extra mile.β

βWeβve been taking our cars to Alewife Automotive for almost 10 years, and Iβm consistently impressed with their service and kindness. Weβve had everything done from inspections to tires to repairs. They are transparent and fair, and they never tack on surprise charges. A perfect example of this was I had taken a new car to get inspected with plates to a shop closer to our home, and not only were they kind of rude to me, but they wanted to charge me $20 to put plates on. I called George at Alewife and he said to come on over, theyβll take care of it all no charge. And this is something Iβm used to with themβno charges to change out a bulb, top off fluids, etc. As a woman Iβve found that the stereotype is usually true with many shops, trying to get me to buy something I donβt need or up-charge me for something I wasnβt prepared for. Itβs worth the slightly longer drive to get here for their service, I donβt know why I ever try to go anywhere else!β
