My experience picking up an online/in-store order....I checked in as I walked into the store & 30 seconds later, as I waited in line at the front of the store where the sign says "online pickup" received an email saying that my order was already picked up which gave me bad anxiety. When it was my turn, the woman working there was confused & sent me to the back of the store where Amazon pickup/returns are. The young, black man working there was VERY rude & unhelpful. Even to the two other customers before me. When it was my turn, I said that the woman up front told me to check section 123..so he said "ok..check section 123 then." Luckily my order was there & not stolen like it seemed. Very bad experience here & sloppy system. Will never return here. Stressful.

These liars will sign you up for a credit card without letting you know or telling you that the payment is being made on the kohls card and not yours. Don't fall for it and make sure you follow up to make the payments on the card they sign you up for

Very rude cashier, he had no manners whatsoever and was absolutely useless during my transaction. He didn’t even bother telling me my total amount I was due. So rude!!

Kohl plays a game where they require you to apply for their creditcard to obain any discounts. Then give you the same discount if you use another credit card. VERY DISHONEST !!! I WILL AVOID SHOPPING AT kohls in the future.

Went to store to shop for two items, after looking for a while I could not find the items. I searched for a store employee to help me find the items, there were none around for more than 10 mins. I went to the front cashiers and asked if there was anyone that could help me. I said, "Is there anyone that could help me find a couple items?" Both cashiers said "no, there is no one in the store that can help you. ?
