(Picture): 1st one is Before and 2nd one is After! I have to say after 3 years of coming to the same place there’s no other place like it. I did a fuller classic look and this was a refill. I am truly appreciative of the hospitality, all the staff members in here are truly highly skilled. The that they wash your eyelashes before they start the process, is what differentiates lash dreamer from all other types of businesses there’s no one like them.. None of the place in Newbury Street compares to this business. They Truly appreciate Customer Care. And I am always left Feeling satisfied for the money I spent & happy. I used to do my eyelashes with Ashley. She’s no longer there now, I do my eyelashes with Isabella she amazing don’t doubt it you’re gonna get exactly What you want.

I just had the best lift and tint with Isabella the other day. I can’t believe how good they look! They look perfect!! Exactly as I had hoped! Beautiful lift and tint! I definitely don’t need lash extension mascara anymore!

I’ve been coming here for a while and it’s great to find a honest and hardworking lash studio. My lashes look incredible. I also had a situation where my lashes didn’t stick one week and the owner took me back and figured out the problem so I never had to go through that again. I feel many lash places run into issues and never work to fix them. Love to know that my money is respected and they’re willing to work through issues.

I tend to just get my lashes done for events or for a season where I have a lot of stuff going on I need to look nice for and I book with Isabella every time, she was able to create my vision so easily and does a great job keeping me comfortable since my eyes don’t fully close well so it can be difficult for her to lash! I have a great experience every time.

Jessica is a great lash artist. She was the first tech I tried when I moved here almost 2 years ago, and I’ve been going to her ever since. I developed a reaction to glue a few years ago so my eyes/eyelids are very sensitive, and Jessica has the special touch and my eyes never swell. The salon uses a great sensitive glue that works perfectly. If you have sensitive eyes, or even if you don’t, Jessica is the best! Glad I didn’t have to stop getting lashes, which was a real possibility.

I wish I could give them more stars because I had been going for 3 years- but today was the end. I work hard for my money working 3 jobs and had got called in to one of my jobs as an emergency. I knew a day in advance and texted the same number I have been texting & receiving answers from Tina the owner for the past 3 years- I even have the number saved in my phone as “Tina lash dreamer.” After sending a text to the same number I always do, I received a call the next day (the day of my appointment) saying they will need to charge me for my eye lash appointment. I felt terrible for not being there- and the man on the phone made me feel awful for not being there. I explained the miscommunication and explained I could provide proof of the text via screenshot. Instead the man on the phone only seemed to care about the money & not his customers. So sad since I’ve been going for 3 years but there’s always another place! Best of luck to those still going here & hopefully you receive better customer service! I was shocked especially after being a loyal customer for 3 years & had never not showed up. Money is all they care for.
