I don’t see the $230+ value at all. Also PLEASE clean the Sauna! I think they have never clean the Sauna at this place, the floor is full of mud and it always smells bad, ALWAYS.

The man with the beard at the front desk has a rude demeanor, he often gives me an unpleasant look each time I walk in, and I’ve heard similar complaints from others. Additionally, the yoga room has an unpleasant odor, and the women’s locker room feels cramped with the floor often wet and unclean.

$235 a month for gym membership. Read that again, that's a car payment. And they don't have a basketball gym and they have everything that l. A fitness has for $44 a month and they have 3.4. Google stars probably less down after this review. If somebody could justify $235 for 3.4 Google size and no basketball gym. And explain to me how they can be so much more expensive than LA.Fitness I really be interested in hearing that response but otherwise i'm going to buy a new car

The staff at the front desk is always so friendly at check in!
I go biweekly for a lash fill with Monique in the spa and she is always so accommodating and professional. She makes the experience as relaxing as possible, it’s my favorite time of the week.

Monique at Lifetime Medford Spa is awesome. I have been going to her for lash lift and tint and brow tint. I have always been extremely happy with the results as well as the whole experience. Monique is very meticulous and talented. She is so easy to talk to and makes the appointment very comfortable. I would highly recommend Monique and the spa.

Great gym for people who take their workout seriously and want to do it in a nice space. Lots of good equipment and variety to avoid getting bored. If I’m sick of doing one movement, they have 3-4 other options to hit the same spot differently. Very clean. Lots of other services beyond the workout that I haven’t explored yet.
It’s maybe the most expensive gym in the metro area. But I find that attracts other members who are respectful and also take their workout seriously. And it’s big enough that you can avoid the odd weirdo or uber bro. The locker room could be bigger. But after some of the locker rooms I’ve seen in the area, small and clean is fine.

I just started going to LifeTime since we don’t have too many in San Diego and it’s been great! The place is spotless, the ambiance is chill, and the locker rooms are nice and clean.

Way too small and lacking in amenities to warrant the exorbitant price. The place always feels crowded and good luck getting the one smith machine or linked cables. They also hold classes in the open gym floor with competing boom boxes the instructors when in for their classes, one playing hip hop while the other blasts rap "music." No wonder I'm always in a bad mood when I leave.

Don't get me wrong. This is a very nice gym but unfortunately, no basketball court. Very nice pool café and workout equipment.
