My manicurist took great care in removing my old gel nails and extensions - they took time to soak them off properly to preserve my natural nails and even took precaution in dealing with a crack in my nail as they were filing the gel off. I was pleased with the service and stayed for a regular gel manicure as well. They have a great selection of colors- Would be happy to return and recommend to my friends. Very reasonable prices

The last time i was there they told me to make appt via website. Today I made appt via website which was then confirmed as seen in photo. I drove 20 min to my confirmed appt for them to tell me my tech was away and there was no one else to take me. This ruined my evening plans I will not be returning. Not a reliable spa.

Fine for what it was. They did not soak and clean out your nail beds. But otherwise, it was a perfectly fine manicure.

5/5! I did a full set gel extensions with Lisa and she was the sweetest. My nails were so bad coming into the appointment and now they have never looked better. I will definitely come again. Thank you!!

filed all my nails to a point where they are so weak they break immediately and filed a hole straight through a nail to my skin :( four of my nails were bleeding and the nail tech just had me wash my hands and pay without acknowledging it

They were amazing. I don't typically get pedicures, but this one was amazing. I told my cousin about Lily's and we will be going back together. I love the coffin shape of my nails and the pedicure I got.

I had a great experience with Jennifer at Lily's! I let her try something new (for me), chrome nails, and they are GORGEOUS. Jennifer was really sweet, she fixed up my previous acrylic set I received elsewhere and I love the work she put into them! The shape is great and she even cleaned up my ragged cuticles, which I feel like doesn't often happen when I go to other salons in the area. I'll definitely continue to come to this salon, they seem to have a loyal and sweet customer base and each person in the shop was so nice!

I got my acrylics removed here, legitimately best removal I've ever received. My nail tech took the time and effort to preserve the natural quality of my nails (they don't look chewed off by a small animal like they usually do when I go for removal somewhere else ) it's amazing... I came on a Saturday and you can tell they take great care in what they do!!!
