I was really lucky to get a small unit here to hold my things for a few months before I complete a big move. I've interacted with 4 different employees here and they have all been helpful. I always always forget how to use the freight elevator so each time an employee has had to show me what to do again. The lift has always worked the times I needed to use it.The big freight elevator made it really easy to move all my things into and out of the storage unit. I used a U-box to move my things out and had it parked for a short period of time just next to the lift.Closing my account was straightforward and hassle-free. Maria helped me open my account and she was the one who helped me close the account.If you need a (super) affordable basic option, this is perfect. Nope, it's not climate controlled and yes, the hours are "limited". If you're not having to constantly get into your storage unit I can't imagine the hours being a big issue.
