I was a member for over 30 years(since Boston Edison days). They closed my account and charged me $50.00 for not using it for a period of time. I asked why wouldn't you call me and tell me you were closing my account? The representative from Members Plus told me "we're far too big to be calling individual members". I've now been chasing my money for 3 months and still can't find it. Members Plus is a Credit Union with a big bank attitude. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!

I have been with Member's Plus for about 10 years. When they were a small credit Union I raved about them. There were always familiar faces, they knew you by first name and over all I found them over-the-top accommodating. Now we fast forward...they have grown bigger and there are no familiar faces except for upstairs in the offices ( and they no longer walk the bank floor ). Last week, I had a problem w an automatic payment. I called to ask questions; I was met with a snarky answer and basically I was told they couldn't help me. I went in to the bank in person and was I was a little embarrassed because they couldn't help me and the clerk had to call several managers to rectify the situation. I wish they didn't expand, originally they were the best.

Always Use The Medford Branch!My Family Has Been Members of This Credit Union Since Its Inception.Myself Personally Have Been a Member Since 1994., Never Had Bad Service Here, Except With The Loan Department Back in the Late 2000.Since Then Everyone At The Medford Branch Have Been Awesome.I Have Noticed That They Seem To Have Allot of Constant Managerial Changes??This Is Always and Will Be My Credit Union!!

What can I say I just love this branch. The employees are really professional here. Michni the branch manager is awesome and gets back to you quickly. She makes the loan process smooth and she makes sure you are aware of any options. I’ve worked with Justin in the past too and he was great as well. This is a great credit union with amazing employees. If you want great service that is efficient please go to this branch!

Excellent customer service. Got my banking card retained by other's bank ATM on Friday after 6 p.m., went to the Medford branch next day and got the card replacement in less then fifteen minutes. Michni (branch manager) was very helpful.

Ive been a member of this bank for years. I had an issue earlier today with my online banking and happened to speak with a very well spoken woman named Penny. She helped me out with all i needed, answered all my questions, and took care of me in a timely manner. I will continue to bank with this credit union as long as this service continues.

Absolutely disgusting attitude from the teller when I walked in inquiring how to deposit cash into my affiliate FCU. I first attempted to deposit cash at this locations ATM after checking my FCU'S website and app in search of a cash deposit atm. I was excited to find this location was on the list and close to me. I was disappointed to find the machine didn't accept my cash when I attempted to make the deposit. I walked in and spoke with a teller and asked if there was a problem with the ATM and that I'd like to deposit my cash at the tellers desk instead. What I got was the most condescending, nose in the air ATTITUDE from the teller asking if I had and account with Members Credit Union and I said no. I tried explaining that my FCU which is Navy Federal Credit Union was an affiliate and that I had already checked and this branch should be accepting cash deposits. Cue more snide comments and annoying attitude. I left after she continued to read her mental script and deny me service with more attitude, I had enough and I left feeling more enraged about a bank literally NOT TAKING MY MONEY. Attempted to contact the branch manager to ask for more help but my calls rang off the hook and nobody answered. A day later I recieved a CYA call from another assistant manager and I was informed that because I do not have an account there that they couldn't deposit cash. I tried to tell them that on their website and the website for NCUA (which governs this particular FCU) that they have this particular branch listed as having ATM cash deposits and I was inquiring originally as to why the ATM wasn't accepting my cash. I simply wanted to make a deposit and be on my way. I asked if anything would be done about the extremely poor customer service I received and a denial of service. She said that the teller didn't deny me service because I didn't have an account there. OK no problem. I guess if your website says you offer services for affiliate FCU's and someone comes in who doesn't have an account at that branch in particular, that it's ok to turn them away and cop a major tude when the customer asks questions about what's going on. I'll admit I got REAL frustrated on the call because of the CYA nature and denial of any poor customer service by the assistant manager. She was thorough in finding ways to be again, unhelpful. No I won't be returning, no I won't be recommending this FCU to anyone I know. I sincerely hope that in the future when someone walks in with a Navy Federal Credit Union Bank card, you treat them like a human being. Filed an NCUA governance complaint against this branch for the completely unacceptable behavior of the teller and assistant manager.

Customer service is absolutely horrible! There's a young lady working in the check deposit area who has the nastiest attitude and no respect for people. She needs to work on her customer service skills

I frequent this bank a few times a month for ahared banking. I considered opening a an account but they are not friendly or courtesy. Even listening to them on phone to other customers they just lack customer service.
