From being on the phone to in person in the shop, the customer service is excellent! I'm not a plumber and was sent with a picture of the part that I needed. Gary looked at the picture, went into the stacks and came out with exactly what I needed. Thank you Gary! Thank you Murray Supply for having all the parts!!!!!!!!

I called ahead to make sure they had what I needed, they said yes. I showed up and they said they didn’t have it and wouldn’t even go and check. Called me “sweetie” and treated me like I was dumb. It was frustrating and humiliating.

Never shop at this small company anymore, the peoples working there so f rude and no knowledge, everyone looks like kraken, be carefully when you shop there, they NOT ALLOW people return items and snatch people money. Everything so expensive.
