Wonderful center - my son feels such love from the teachers and administrative staff. He always comes home talking about the fun games he played with his friends, the walks they go on outside, and new songs he has learned! Thanks to everyone here for caring so much about these kids.

**Disclaimer: This is a review I never uploaded from 2019. Management may have changed since the time of writting this review**The Good...- Some good teachers- Spacious- Accessible by public transportation- Location- CVS is around the corner The Bad...- Parking is horrible. Can't park in front of the building or you will get a ticket. Not enough pick-up/drop-off parking spaces on side of the building. Have fun driving around in circles or park in the rear lot and enjoy the walk. - Staff turnover ratio. In our 3 years of enrollment, I cannot tell your how many teachers I have seen come and go (red flag).- Tuition is ridiculously expensive; the highest tuition in the City.- Fees, fees, and more fees. They will charge you a fee (separate from tuition) for everything (i.e., pizza Friday, in-house field trips...)- Lack of communication by management. - Payments are due on Mondays and don't you dare be hours or a day late or your child will get kicked out (like mine was) w/o a formal warning. One suggestion to new parents, READ THEIR HANDBOOK AND READ IT CAREFULLY. Know what you (and your child) are getting into before making the commitment of signing up. They are a BUSINESS and will treat YOU and YOUR child as such, period! They have been voted " #1 BestofSurveys.com" multiple years, but that is just based on anyone going "click-happy" (that includes management/staff/pets/kids) and has no actual substance behind it, so don't let the multiple "Voted Best of..." banners on their website hype you up! Don't believe me? Check out the requirements at bestofsurveys.com ... there aren't any!Overall, my daughter enjoyed her time and I truly enjoyed the teachers in her toddler 2 classroom the best (Ms.Jackie & Ms. Rhonda). They were loving, patient, communicated well with me, and more importantly, they knew what they were doing. Most of the staff are interns or young girls who clearly lack experience in dealing with children (red flag) and it reflects through their interactions and how easily they get frustrated with the children.Word to management (Katie & Maria)... be more present, more involved with your parents, and be human. You are running a business, but don't let it be so obvious that you are all about the money! #TheBlindLeadingTheBlind

Both of my children attended play academy from infants until they were ready to enter school. The staff, management and owner are amazing and dedicated to the children. With activities and a personal touch that makes all the difference.

The teachers are great and really care about the kids, and they do lots of activities. The downsides are the hours of operation and automatic payment system. They have a rule against bringing your child in after 9:30AM (without notifying them first), and the absolute latest you can pickup is 5:30PM. The automatic online payment system is through a 3rd party payment provider. DO NOT use this payment provider. They require (get this) your bank's online userID and password to authorize 1st payment!!! Never ever ever give someone this information. Just have your bank mail a check every week on a schedule instead.I feel for small business owners here (day care). Setting up all this online stuff isn't easy, especially if your expertise is in child care, not computers, but the payment system really needs to be a different provider. That being said, the teachers are great and overall the day care is good!

Great day care, we send both of our kids there and the teachers really care and contribute to our children's development

Hours of operation is not all that helpful for working parents.
