I worked with Charlie Pagliarulo as a first time home buyer and as someone who knew nothing about buying a home Charlie was extremely helpful along the way. He was able to describe each step in detail and what to expect, was very responsive, and very friendly/patient. Although buying a home especially as a first time buyer is very stressful, Charlie really made the process much smoother.

Try to avoid ReMax Andrew Realty Services. We were in the process of buying a house. We found a great house in Medford, MA. John Veneziano was a seller's agent. We and the seller had an instant agreement and everything went smoothly until Mr. Veneziano started to make an issue of paying a commission to a buyer's agent. Anyhow, it became a war between two real estate agents and both the seller and us were completely stressed out and dragged into something we should not be part of. Things ended up in a regional Realtor arbitration where we quickly noticed that Mr Veneziano had a lot of friends among the arbiters. The war between the two real estate agency further escalated with us and the seller in being used, abused, and dragged through the process Anyhow, we just wanted to move on and we offered to pay the commission by ourselves, which Mr. Veneziano accepted. Unfortunately, the buyer's agency could not allow us as their customer to get ripped off by Mr. Veneziano. Eventually, things ended up in court. My wife and I along with two of our children ended up in a huge mass and all we really wanted is just to buy the house and get the kids into a new school system. This was for the first time I visited a courthouse. The sellers were very supportive, but apparently they had a contract with Mr. Veneziano and were held hostage by him. At the end, things were decided in court and we got our house. In the process, we became friends with the seller, who are now visiting us fairly frequently giving us all kinds of valuable information about our new neighborhood. Mr Veneziano and his RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services agency, however, needs to be avoided for any cost. He is a very impulsive, vulgar, aggressive, and greedy person. You and your family deserves better, so try not to engage with Andrew Realty either as your seller agent or your buyer agent, or anything in-between.

I usually don't write reviews. I couldn't recommend Jill McTague enough. She was extremely helpful when selling a property in Medford. If you don't live in the city, she has all the connections. Phone calls are returned promptly. Selling the house was quick and flawless. I was extremely please with Jill. Don't hesitate if needing someone you can really count on.
