Reimagym is more than just a gym. It’s a community of radiant people - some just also happen to be wonderfully knowledgeable coaches and friendly staff!
Pre-Reimagym, I was struggling to find a routine and community again after having moved. Other gyms didn't seem to offer what I was looking for, or communicate using inclusive language that made me feel sure or safe.
My first introduction to Reimagym was through comments on an FB post, and right off the bat, the vibe was.. brighter. More inviting. People spoke highly of it from a place of gratitude and love. After visiting the website and doing an in-person trial, I was reassured to continue with a membership by the inclusive and supportive language and the kindness I was met with! Every single person, coaches and members alike, radiates inclusivity and support.
I am so so so grateful to have been led to Reimagym. I feel so much better and stronger having a routine again - Even when I don't want to go to the gym, I still go and am *always* glad that I went. Not only for the great workouts, but also to see the lovely people that find themselves there as well. It's hard to feel lonely when you're surrounded by people who are rooting for you!!
Thank you Reimagym ❤️

Before I found this gym, I was struggling to have a consistent activity routine. I did a two-week trial in May of 2024, and signed up for a membership as soon as I experienced the community that Mike and Theresa have cultivated. I've started to recognize faces and names of others at weekly workouts, since we always begin with introductions! I can now say that I'm a person who works out weekly because of Reimagym. I appreciate how much personal attention we get from the trainers, and how willing and able they are to work with us to modify exercises to meet our needs and abilities.

I was turned off exercise by school at an early age because of an emphasis on competition and team sports; I was unpopular, picked last, and picked on. I became chronically ill in my 20s, which made it that much harder. Because of Reimagym, I have consistently worked out for a year and a half so far, which, at age 53, is by far my longest commitment. As someone who is fat (and not interested in intentional weight loss), disabled, neurodivergent, and queer, I feel 100% accepted and celebrated at Reimagym. Although I have only been physically able to go once a week so far, just having that commitment has encouraged me to move my body more the rest of the week, and I have definitely gotten stronger with more endurance. I don't always feel like going, but I'm always glad I did. (This is Alex, BTW, using my old name.) Thanks to Theresa and Mike and all the rest of the staff, especially Draven, my favorite trainer.

Wonderful, supportive, engaging, knowledgeable, practical, encouraging, patient, challenging…just a handful of words that embody my experience of 1+ years at Reimagym. I was in a vulnerable place after giving birth, limited schedule with even more limited energy. I needed a community just as much as I needed a place to exercise, and the coaches, staff, and members at Reimagym became just that, my fitness community. I’m the strongest I’ve been in 5 years, and I find myself doing things on instinct, like deadlifting my toddler off the ground! If you’re on the fence about signing up, do it. The worst that would happen is you walk away with more fitness knowledge than you’d ever get at a chain gym, and the best is you would enjoy it as much as I do. This review is cross posted.

I reviewed Reimgym in 2021 and am still going in 2024. Just celebrated my 3 year "traineversary" and can't imagine not having this gym and community as part of my life now. They are supportive and gently push when you need it. They listen to you and your needs. Great music and lots of laughs help!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Reimagym and the whole team there. It really does feel like you stumbled into some magical realm where your identities and your body are celebrated for who you are right now, not some fantasy of what you could become if you just work hard enough.
Working out with the people at Reimagym is so, so special. The camaraderie is something that must be felt to be believed. As a fat person, I’ve had so many gym experiences where I felt invisible at best and humiliated at worst. Reimagym is a balm for those wounds and I’m so happy I found them. Big big love! Rainbow infinity stars for the whole team! (Bonus: Hector the Gym Dog is the cutest sweetest boy and will make your day better, guaranteed)

Reimagym has been such a huge part of my health (physical, mental, and even social) since moving to Medford two years ago! Everyone there is kind and supportive: owners, trainers, office staff, and the other members I cross paths with in my small group workouts. They're serious about LGBTQ+ acceptance and body positivity at all sizes and mobility/fitness levels. Non-competitive and no self-degrading talk about weight, gender, or diet--just a wide variety of cool folks doing their best to feel great and meet their personal fitness goals. I love that we cheer for each other.
I really noticed my hard work has been paying off when we bought a 150-year-old house this spring. It needs a lot of work, of course, but I'm handy and have been doing much of the restoration and repair myself. I've been so thankful not only for the strength, but also the healthy good form and confidence I've developed under the watchful eyes of my trainers at Reimagym. Pulling up rusty carpet tacks at a strange angle over the attic stairs? No problem. Lifting ceiling fans and fixtures overhead while updating our lighting? Piece of cake. Multiple runs up and down the stairs to the electrical panel? I got this.
Especially if you're a person who hasn't liked "the gym" in the past, give Reimagym a shot. I know this about myself: if I can drop in anytime, I don't go. If I'm like a ghost without anyone noticing or talking to me, it's easy to skip or cut corners. But with this model--a friendly community where you sign up in advance for specific, guided time slots and get to know your fellow members--I am a committed regular, twice a week every week. I feel great!

Completely inclusive and they understand the need for extra care on surgical sites.

As soon as I saw the Reimagym storefront I knew it was where I could get back into and stay in shape. The fun and friendly vibe made me comfortable right away. The attention to form and the helpful cues made possible progress I can see and feel after every session without the discouraging soreness. They meet you where you are and help you get to levels of functional fitness you never expected.

I have tried a couple places that offering coaching and Reimagym is the best. The small group training sessions offer tailored support with a sense of camaraderie for everyone attending - regardless of age, size, gender, orientation, etc.. It is a welcoming place that also offers top notch exercise/coaching.

I've been coming for two years. The staff is universally welcoming and supportive. When I had a knee injury they worked with my physical therapist to modify my workouts. I've been with this gym longer than any other, and I always feel good about workouts even when they're particularly challenging. Highly recommend

The most welcoming and accepting gym and community. The space is clean and open, great playlist (the perfect mix of pop, classics, alternative, and not repetitive), never too loud or sensory overload environment. The trainers are all great, willing to do modifications when needed, they give the best small corrections that make big differences, and all around wonderful to work with.

My first class (small group training) with Draven was great! He was thorough in showing us how to perform each movement and guiding several people through their custom sequences around the space.

This place and their community is so welcoming! If you are intimidated about personal training or starting a workout routine, there isn't a better place to get started. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly; I highly recommend!
