I chose the car a month ago and booked a test drive a week ago. The relevant formalities were handled on the same day (Monday) and completed smoothly on Wednesday afternoon. The manager and sales/finance staff all gave full and positive help. Thanks again! August/31/2024

This place has the most excellent mechanic and they keep their words. Car was ready at time promised. My car was serviced at 3-4 Girs places and this place is the only that fixed all the problems the car had for the last 12-34 months like loose wires, light bulbs out, loose tire rotations and frames, etc…. Thank you.

Overall, I was incredibly pleased with the service and vehicle I purchased at Sentry Ford. The sales team made the entire process incredibly easy. They were no pressure and there were no surprises.
I couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase through them.

I am not happy with the service, it is always bad, I left my work van to replace the brakes and they told me that at the end of the day it would be ready and 3 days went by and they did not call and I went to the dealer and they had not worked on the van, I lost 3 days for nothing
If you ask me if I recommend Ford, I don't recommend it for anything.

I had recal for battery. They made appointment 2 weeks ago kept car 1 day I rent a car for 2 days pay from my pocket .Now they took car on Monday told me will be done for 2 days now they will kept car 5 days .Do not offer loaner or do not reimburse for rental.This is my last time I will deal whit this service definitely. Be aware.

First, my name is not Alexandra, but Alexandre. There was a mistake on this visit to Ford. My car is new and for some reason, they put a tire change on it even though it belonged to another customer. It happens ok, but the problem was that they took the tire off my car. I noticed it by the liquid that came out of the tire, and they put the same one back on. I hope there is no problem with the tires. If there is, I will come back to complain about this. It is bad to mess with something that was already ok.
