Extremely Poor Lincoln service. My Car went in for specific maintenance request that were not performed as requested. Also a warranty issue with the Lift gate not working on the right side intermittently. Adviser E AM said it worked when they tried it nothing we can do. A Google search of many Ford / Lincoln products reports problems with this same issue. No effort made to check connections etc. where made by the Mechanic. If I was to buy the part myself it would only cost $150.00. I left the car for 4 days with no efforts made by Technician or Service Advisor to address a well documented “intermittent issue” on Lincoln and Fords. I did have a conversation with E AM agreeing it’s an issue. Response again, “I didn’t see it”.
I would advise others to stay clear off either Sentry Dealerships since the Service Dept is one and the same. Purchase and Service elsewhere. I will

The lease on my wife's Cadillac was ending so we decided to look at the Lincoln Corsair Hybrid. Thinking we were only looking on the first visit, we soon realized that it was the right car for her. Rich and Bernie were wonderful! No high pressure, plenty of information, excellent pricing and best of all they handled the Cadillac lease. One visit and we were sold. And, we love the car! Excellent dealership and especially wonderful sales people.

My auto would not start on a Saturday morning. Called Lincoln 800 service for a tow to dealer upon request of service manager. Lincoln took 48 hours to send me a tow. Not so good.
Had a second round of service for major repair this August. Service manager SP was very helpful and friendly and courteous. He gets a 5 fo 5. Repair was done ahead of schedule. A 5.

I recently purchased my car at Ford/Lincoln in Medford, and I had an outstanding experience with a salesperson named Enio. He was incredibly attentive, charismatic, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Enio promptly assisted me with selecting the right car and provided me with several options to choose from.
I bought the car one day, and two days later, everything was resolved, and I was driving my new car. Enio also gave me some valuable tips on how to lower the vehicle's price and secure discounts. I managed to purchase my car with 0% interest, which was amazing.
It was truly a unique experience, and I am very grateful for Enio's professionalism and the excellent service I received at Ford Medford.
