I did a virtual tour with Andrew to check some apartments in 50 and 75SL- although I did not end up signing the leasing with station landing due to personal reasons, I was very much impressed by his professionalism and caring for potential renters. I would highly recommend this property to others who need it.

I have been a resident of Station Landing for about a year now, and for the most part, I have been happy with my experience. However, recently things have changed drastically. I believe that the biggest difference between regular buildings and "high-end" (like Station Landing advertises itself) is that high-ends can't afford to make mistakes and must maintain the premises in perfect condition. But SL has not lived up to this standard, even though they charge rent as if they are high-end. This is the main reason why I will not recommend SL to anyone looking for a good place to live. Firstly, I had a mice infestation in my apartment. And I have heard that I was not the only one affected. Our apartment building is near several fast food restaurants, and I believe that more attention should be paid to pest control. Secondly, I have been having heating issues for 2 months now. Maintenance has been sent to my apartment three times already, and every time they assured me that everything was working. As an engineer, I would never say that things are working before I have identified the problem, but they don't seem to understand that. After a few hours, it became clear that the heat was still not working. Entering my freezing cold apartment in January is not the best experience, especially after a business trip. Lastly, and most annoyingly, is the maintenance team. I have mentioned to them and the leasing office multiple times that my apartment is a no-shoe zone. Yet, they continue to enter it, stepping on personal items, yoga mats, and my very expensive hand-made carpet. I understand that they have a job to do and I support them, but I find it unnecessary for four people to keep walking in my apartment when only one of them is actually doing the job and the other three are just looking. After every time they assure me that everything is done, I have to hire a cleaning company, but a couple of days later, they will be returning and creating a mess again. Overall, I feel very exhausted because of the issues that have been popping up lately, and the maintenance team has only made the experience worse. Station Landing is an okay place to live, but it is very far from being "high-end." Tenants should be prepared to deal with stress.

Can’t say I was very happy with these apartments First of all they’re right on a major road so they were incredibly loud all the time. You couldn’t open the windows without blaring noise Appliances were poorly functioning and low quality. I had to have the dishwasher replaced twice. The washing machine would stop mid cycle. Fire alarm was frequently chirping (probably ran out of batteries like 4 times in my one year lease) Many of the amenities that made it convenient to live there had since moved away. Walgreens and the gym were gone mid way through my lease When renewal was available, they raised rates by a shockingly huge amount and said it was non negotiable I’ve had my car towed from the garage despite it being registered. They said it’s “not their responsibility to look up plate numbers” and I “should have made my tag more visible”. I suggested maybe they should. They just kinda shrugged and didn’t care Not only that, the tow truck did serious damage to my car. The exhaust pipe fell off when I was driving. that costed hundreds to fix and left me without a car for a while. When I brought it up the response seemed to more or less be “sounds like a you problem” Honestly wouldn’t recommend it at all

I've already been living in Station Landing apartments for 7 months. I love this place, the staff is great, and neighbors are super friendly and respectful. Snow is always cleaned during the winter season and gardens are super cute during the summer. Also, getting in and out is fast and easy, either if you are driving or taking the subway. Having so many stores (restaurants, grocery, cafes, bars, etc) within walking distance is super helpful, and most of them are open up to late!

An amazing community to live at. The staff is very warm, friendly and responds promptly to any requests. Apartments are very nicely made with all latest technology. Plenty of restaurants, bars and grocery stores within walking distance. Orange line train station is stone's throw away and gets you to the city of Boston within 10 minutes. Great value for money and highly recommend these luxury apartments.

We have lived at the station landing apartments now for going on 2 years and truly love them. The staff and residence are truly amazing. They really make you feel comfortable and at home. They maintenance people do a great job keeping the whole building very clean and if you ever have a problem in your apartment they are very on top of getting it done as soon as they can. Truly a very big thing for us was how secure the building is that you have to have a key to get in from garage or front door. These apartments are very secure yet modern. We are happy to live here and if your looking for apartments truly would recommend this one you should truly check it out.

Shannon Conley was amazing to work with! She was responsive, organized and friendly. We immediately felt comfortable. The apartment complex is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. Shannon helped us every step of the way, we couldn't be happier!

The leasing professionals are highly responsive, as is the maintenance team. The complex generally hosts enjoyable social events about once per month (and hopefully more will start being in-person soon if COVID allows). The location is also extremely convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and scenic walking trails nearby. The proximity to the T stop and garage parking are also great perks. I've been very pleased with my experience at Station Landing!

We were well taken care of during our time at 55 SL. The staff was very responsive and helpful - everyone from the front office to the maintenance team. Our apt was in great condition and we loved parking in the garage! Definitely recommend.

Im a vendor that works closely with the Station Landing office and their maintenance staff on a bi weekly basis. Jenn, Amy and Shannon are awesome when it comes to getting me accomodated with the days tasks and also super friendly! Shawn works directly with me and helps me with all my maintenance needs and is always so reliable. All in all i love working with the Station Landing staff because of their professionalism and making me feel welcome as a vendor. Thank you so much !!

I moved out after two years and would only recommend if you really need the proximity to the T station. Multiple reasons that you should reconsider this place: - Noise: If you live at 50 SL and facing the parking lot and the skywalk, enjoy the auditory feast! From train brakes squeal sound, trash bin towing sound to the running motors of the big trucks delivering for retail spaces, you can enjoy them all! Perfect companion when working from home. - Unpleasant experiences dealing with the leasing office: Had someone sent their package to my unit accidentally. Although I already told the leasing office the item has been returned to the delivery guy, my roommates and I still got multiple calls from different staff to asking me to "return it immediately to the leasing office or to the correct unit"; When moving out, the leasing office staff asked the moving company not to leave the entrance doors open because of safety issues. I understand if this is the policy, but how about applying it consistently? And how to split the only key I have in order to get in and out of the entrance? - Packages issues: Had my package(with correct address) sent to the wrong units and returned with the package opened; Had my package rejected by the leasing office staff because it can't fit into the Package Concierge. In the meantime, there are always larger packages delivered and left outside the Concierge. - Parking: The garage parking needs to have a tag that can be seen from the outside orelse your car will be towed without any notice. I accidentally left my tag at the front seat and found out my car was towed three weeks later. That was one happy day night spending my money. - Renewal: Last but not the least, the renewal price is $800 higher than what they offered on the website. The only way to match the price is to move out and move into a new unit without any new customer bonus (one month free at that time) even with a new person added to the lease. To be honest, SL is a good choice if you have no car and need to commute to work every single day. Otherwise, good luck hh.
