The facilities are state-of-the-art, air-conditioned, and fully attended, providing a range of services including wash, dry, fold, dry cleaning, alterations, and pick-up/delivery. Customers consistently praise the helpful and attentive staff, who are quick to offer assistance and guidance. The machines are reported to be clean, efficient, and able to sanitize clothes. Many customers appreciate the cleanliness and functionality of the washers and dryers. While some find the environment a bit overwhelming, with flashing signs and music, the overall consensus is that Supersuds provides a reliable and fairly priced laundry solution. There have been occasional issues with the coin exchange machines not functioning properly, which can be frustrating for those without a card. However, the friendly staff, including the owner, go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, even offering free dryer use in certain situations. Despite these minor challenges, Supersuds Laundromat aims to deliver a positive and trustworthy laundry experience, making it a top choice in the Medford area.

Always been great! Today I made a mistake and put my money in the wrong machine and luckily the guy was nice about it and let me put it in the right one!
