First time going to this store. Very bad experience. I won't go there again. I want to change the service from prepay to postpay. The staff there (a chubby lady wearing glasses) said that you must have your passport or there is no way to scan it. So I went back to get my passport. When I went back to the store, this lady avoided me even though she had time. A man came from behind to help me change. He asked me for my mobile phone number several times, probably 5 or 6 times. I don’t know if it was intentional. Finally told me it was done. Wait 24 hours. Prepay's sim card still worked after 24 hours, which doesn't make any sense. So I called tmobile to confirm and they said the information was filled in incorrectly. I don’t know if this store is engaging in racial discrimination, or if the free service is just that bad. A little disgusted.

I came in with my mom and Levar was so great! My parents live in Malaysia and come to visit me for Thanksgiving into New Years. It's always a pain for my parents to figure out their phone lines when they visit (to the point where my dad doesn't even bother and relies on me, my mom, and Wi-Fi to communicate). My mom had an AT&T line and has been trying to cancel her account for months with no avail. We came into T-Mobile to get her a new line and say good riddance to AT&T. Levar was so attentive and presented all options to us to make sure we're not paying more than we need to. He helped her set up the line and took her through step by step. At the same time he helped me utilize the full benefits of my plan by setting up my Netflix and Apple TV account payments. There was also a promo that gave me a third line for free which I can now give my dad!! Thank you so much, Levar. Truly made our night!!

I am deeply frustrated with the experience I had at this store. I visited the store to trade in my old phone(helped by PJ). Unfortunately, a major mix-up occurred, as the trade-in credit was applied to the wrong phone number on my account.The ensuing blame game between Costco(where i ordered my new device) and this store only added to my frustration. Costco insisted that the store was responsible for the error, while the store claimed ignorance of how this mistake happened. The situation left me feeling helpless and unheard.Even after speaking with the store manager, the response remained frustratingly unhelpful. All they could offer was a simple apology and a declaration that they couldn't rectify the issue. It's incredibly disheartening to have such a significant problem brushed aside with a casual "sorry, we can't fix it."I've been informed that the matter will be escalated to the district manager, and I'm hopeful that this escalation will lead to a more satisfactory resolution for what has been an incredibly frustrating experience.Update 1 - I have no intention of returning to your store, given the apparent lack of skill among your employees in completing the task. Asked your DM to compensate me for the full amount I lost, as the credit applied to another number is not ready to pay me back.Update 2: I received a call from the store manager two days ago, during which they kindly offered a $100 credit to be applied to my account on that very day. However, I have not yet seen this credit reflected in my account, despite my attempts to follow up. Reached out to them via store email. Let's see.

I just want to say thank you and leave a review here for Ja Ja, one of the senior T-Mobile Executives at this location. He was so amazing with helping me out. I went there on 3 separate occasions with issues in regards to my billing and equipment credits and I truly appreciate all the time he took to take care of that for me.

We went to purchase an I phone 14 Pro in deep purple color and mentioned in specific to "Hermela" the customer service representative abt it. On asking she said they have it in bulk in stock and only the Manger "DJ" have the access to Check it out. After activation both came up with a story that saying that they r out of stock and suggested that we can get from any other store. Thats ridiculous ?. If they don't have in stock then why did they lie us and wasted our time. The owner need to check out what's going on with the customer service at store and trained the new employees first and then hire them for good and satisfactory customer service. Never gonna visit them again ever.?

Worked with Padra to migrate multiple phone numbers from AT&T to T-Moblie. He was amazing. He got all the paperwork handled. He helped us choose new phones and he took care of the trade-in process -- getting us top dollar for our old models.When we had a problem with our screen protectors, he simply found the problem and fixed it.A few weeks later, he reviewed our bill with us and helped us find an even bigger discount than the one we had when we purchased the phones.Highly recommended!
