“My vehicle was towed by the city and Stephens Automotive was the company that towed my car. Upon pickup there were some issues I noticed were not present before the car was towed. I gave them a call and spoke with Jamie, they did not hesitate to come pick up my vehicle and inspect the issue. There was a crack in my oil pan which they stated can happen while towing especially if you have a low sitting oil pan. Steven’s replaced the oil pan and o ring and kept it overnight to inspect for further leaks. They delivered it back to me and everything seems great! I really appreciate the quick response and turnaround time for this repair as well as the communication I received from the company. Thank you Stevens towing!!”

“Five stars for Daniel Sebastian! We hit a pothole in Boston and popped a tire. My roadside service dispatched Daniel. He came before the ETA and was such a kind and calming person. He brought us first to our hotel, helped us negotiate the luggage out of the car, and even sent me a picture of the car after he had dropped it at the mechanic. He also tolerated our bad Spanish and had a sweet sense of humor. Oh! And the company has proper trucks to tow an EV. All around great experience that turned a real bummer into feeling grateful for good people. Thank you, Daniel!”

“Just had them for roadside service today and they were great- initial ETA to change a tire was 120-150 minutes, the guy called me at 70 minutes in to confirm services were still needed and gave me a heads up that he would be there in 30 minutes (super helpful as I had gone home and was catching a ride back). Arrived exactly 30 minutes later, was super nice and quickly got me all set to go. Appreciate the assist!”

“As a service provider working 7 days a week. Must say, I had no idea what I had signed up for. Half of the calls for Agero are charity work. Grind life is real when you have to scramble to stay in business. I used to wonder why other service providers are rude and unpunctual. Stress all day for little pay. Its a broken abused system but now I see the vision. Everyone should be able to afford a tow. Thank you to all insurance companies that give of their resources to help the vision. Please be patient.
