Consistently unable to fill Rx in the stated time. For instance, I requested a refill in the app the other day, and it said it would be ready by 1pm Thursday. Around 6pm Thursday, the app said something went wrong, and to call. I called and they said no, it's filled already. Then I came in today (Friday) and was told no, it's not filled, wait 5 minutes and it will be done. That was 20 minutes ago and I am still sitting here waiting. This kind of thing is not unusual here. I have now switched everything to a different pharmacy.

Salem street medford is particularly good at communicating and ordering scripts not on hand I appreciate. Walgreens on centre st malden also good as prob are most Walgreens. But medford is where I’ve been going for years. Excellent service. Thanks
I don’t particularly like that almost all Walgreens pharmacies now closed on Sundays but I understand staffing issues, etc

Required us to call multiple contacts at insurance provider to get flu and COVID shots because they couldn’t use the insurance card alone. If you’re able, just go through CVS two doors down

I tried using this pharmacy repeatedly but struggle with their ability to handle my prescriptions. The whole store is constantly having trouble with their whole phone service being down. This means you are able to contact them. During such an outage they were also unable to fill my prescription. I don't feel comfortable relying on them and will be looking for a new pharmacy for future prescription needs.

Bought a cooler sign said 25% off, i don't get the 25% I called, I went back in and the cashier looks at me and says " I don't know what you want me to do" well I wanted you to adjust my purchase and give me back the 25% the first cashier didn't take off. I said forget it I had $12.27 in rewards wanted to use all of it but she only said I could use $10 whatever it's fine I'm never going back their again, I left the pharmacy a long time ago, never having anything in stock and rude! Bye Walgreens Salem street location they should just close theirs never anyone in there anyway

The store itself is fine and clean and has great customer service but the pharmacy never has anything in stock four separate occasions four different prescriptions, they never have it in stock. It's annoying and I'm forced to go to another location. If you're getting a prescription here it's not even worth it because they most likely won't have it in stock.

This Walgreens is always clean and ready for customers to come in. The only problem is the lack of employees working, what makes the store empty most of the time.
