“Incredible auto shop. Neighborhood wrench is the best auto repair shop i have ever been to in 30 years. I will 100% only be going here for any car services- i came home from a 4 day vacation to find a dead animal stuck in the shield under my car..it had tried to go there for protection i assume and then was rotting in the heat. I called 20+ auto repair shops and was turned down until i called Neighborhood Wrench. The front desk representative Dawn was so kind, understanding, and professional. She immediately asked the owner Doug if the dead rodent was something he was willing to remove. Within a minute Dawn came back on the call and said bring the car on over Doug will see what he can do. He lifted my car and removed what was left of the rotted carcass. Not only did Doug complete a service that 20+ auto shops refused, but their overall attention to detail and how they treated me as a customer was remarkable. On top of that they didn’t even want to charge me. I paid regardless because they provided such amazing service. I felt like i had known Dawn and Doug my whole life. Thank you Neighborhood Wrench i will be back for all of my car services.”

I spoke with a few repair shops in Millis and even on the phone I could tell I was being haggled to spend more hours on a simple fix. Kevin is professional and will complete a task as asked without adding unnecessary fluff.

“Apologies for not knowing the gentleman's name but I wanted to be sure to acknowledge the incredible service. I had a flat that I brought in to have plugged, the tire was not repairable but they really tried everything to help me out with an inexpensive alternative. My car was at home with a flat donut, but rather than sending me home to change it myself he came to my home and put the new tire on for me. Gestures like this make all of the difference and is why I will choose the smaller station for every sticker, repair or fill up now. Thank you, your kindness is refreshing.”

“After a year of having the 2018 ford f150 it was rejected because of its tint level grade. We brought it over to Medway Imports where purchase the truck and took off the tint. Kept their promise that they could do it Wich is appreciated. I would highly recommend buying a Pickup from them!”
