One woman show. By the time it was my turn she asks me if I could come back tomorrow because she had to be somewhere. You think she would have told me as I sat there for 45 minutes. NOT a professional.

I went to Bella Dawna Salon in hopes of having my hair corrected from a previous place I went to and I was absolutely thrilled with my hair when I left!! Not only did Dawna fix my hair, but she made my hair look the best I could ever possibly imagine. Highly recommend Bella Dawna Salon and I will absolutely be making the long commute back there for future hair appointments!

I had a friend recommend me to this place. I went their to get my hair colored and I made an 8:30am appointment. I got their right on time but the owner was 20 minutes late. That wasn't a big deal to me and I only mention it because of the following events. When she was done with my Hair the color was totally off. She agreed and said she would fix it. I had other appointments on this day and I had to make some calls to cancel because their was no way I was going to go in public with my hair looking like this. She said the problem was she must have mixed her colors wrong. She then went out back and came back and started working on my hair again. Now her phone is ringing and she is a one woman show and she keeps leaving me and answering it to make other appointments. When we were finally done my hair looked even worse. I started crying because I didn't have time to sit through this again. She starts blaming my hair not her coloring job. She had another client waiting who actually saw what was going on and heard our interaction and the customer walked out. The owner also wanted to charge me full price for this total mess. I did pay her and I told her that I will never come back and I will let others know how unprofessional she is. When I walked out the woman that was after me was still in the parking lot and she said she felt bad for me and she said she will never go their and she couldn't believe the way this owner was talking to me. She recommend me to Shear Magic and I went right over and they fixed the problem and now they have a client for life. Bella Dawna - 2 thumbs down

I brought my 11 year old Daughter to Bella Dawna for a cut. The owner gave her a ton of attention and her hair came out great.. Now my 11 year old daughter will not go any where else. Isn't an 11 year old to young to have her own Hairdresser :) ??? I Highly Recommend this Salon to anyone

A little apprehensive straying away from my typical barber, not wanting to be in a women's beauty salon, and usually afraid to let someone new touch my locks, I was hesitant. Knowing the owner as long as I did, and her attitude towards her clientele and life, I knew I had nothing to lose. After two haircuts in a row from Bella Dawna, I must say I've found a new hairdresser to be loyal to. Her place is super clean, ultra modern and not in the least bit intimidating for a guy to be in. Her haircut was fabulous. She remembered what she did last time and asked if there was any need to change it. I must have had good timing with no wait time, because the customers were starting to stack up on my way out the door. Prices were way reasonable too... but then again, can you really put a price on impressing the ladies?

came to this place as a referral from a friend... Havent had this good of a haircut in years! Now I wont go anywhere else!! Very reasonably priced, which makes it that much better!!
