Hello,
I am a resident of Franklin, MA. and never have given a review to anyone/anything before, until now.
I have been to Medway Mobile for gas for years but, not until recently did I meet the owner Issac and his family run business during a scary issue with my car.
Not only were they kind and supportive. They took my car right in and gave it a thorough look over and found the problem.
He was just getting done for the day and it was going onto Labor Day weekend. I was upset cause I also was going away for the weekend. He not only worked overtime but his son Anthony did too and was able to fix the issue in a little over an hour. What mechanic would do that now a days?
So I am writing this review because they were kind, honest,knowledgeable and able and willing to go the extra mile to meet my needs which sadly doesn't happen often.

I pulled in late on a Saturday with what turned out to be an un-fixable flat tire. They immediately offered to help and had my spare put on in no time. A new tire was ordered and out on first thing the next morning. They were fast, courteous, and went out of the way to help. The price was decent too. Thanks guys!

Don’t go to this place for anything. Terrible service and will charge hundreds for non-existent “problems” with your car, and they’ll leave your car sitting for hours.

Medway Mobil are the nicest people...seriously in a day where it's hard to find a honest mechanic...these guys are awesome...national chain quoted 1500...Medway Mobil did it for 807.

I can't say enough about these folks. I've been bringing my car there for over five years, they always fix the issues as honestly as possible not trying to upsell. Even far more impressive, twice they've saved me thousands by letting me know that the issue my car was having was probably covered under recall warranties (once with leaking piston oil rings and once on a leaky air conditioner compressor). I never go anywhere else - can't recommend them enough.
