Don’t get scammed by Rocky’s! Went to fill two propane tanks that were purchased 10 years ago. According to MA state law the tanks expire after 12 year. When the employee checked the dates she said these are 10 years old and expired. She went on to try and sell me two new tanks at $70 each. When I explain the law is 12 years not 10 for propane tanks, she backtracked and said their insurance would not let them fill tanks older then 10, not that they were expired. I left and got them fill at another place. Buyer beware!

Monday December 18th , on the day of a weather emergency what did Rockys do? Closed an hour before advertised closing of 7 pm. What did employees do , wave we are closed. When answering the phone the answer to why they are closed "winter hours close at 6. I'll mention the incorrect info too corporate. " 11 people came to the door in the 10 mins I took to go to door and call store. Yeah there should have been a call with corporate saying we need to stay open the community needs us.

As always, Rocky’s Medway had exactly the right part for my Toro mower for $10 less than the local orange box store and with much better service than Milford Ace. Can’t say enough good things about Rocky’s!!
